Welcome to Casa Awen :). Discover our spacious and cozy house located in the heart of Roma Norte, perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and an excellent location. The property features four private bedrooms designed to offer rest and privacy, as well as large and functional common areas that invite you to socialize and relax.



The Space:

The house features a comfortable living room, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for easily preparing any meal. Every corner has been designed to provide a practical and pleasant stay, whether for vacation or business trips.



One of its main attractions is its peaceful atmosphere within one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods. Just a few steps away, you'll find cafes, restaurants, galleries, parks, and a wide range of cultural offerings. Additionally, it has excellent access to public transportation, including the metro, metrobús, and Ecobici.



It is the ideal place to enjoy the unique energy of Roma Norte and return to rest in complete comfort.

Guest Access:

During their stay, guests will be able to freely use all the spaces in the house, as the accommodation is entirely intended for their exclusive use. The rooms will be available to ensure comfort and privacy, offering peaceful environments where they can relax, plan their day, or simply rest with the feeling of being at home.



The Neighborhood:

Roma is one of Mexico City’s most vibrant and charming neighborhoods, known for its beautiful architecture, leafy streets, independent cafés, trendy restaurants, galleries, and creative energy. Wander around and you’ll find something interesting at every corner, from hidden gems to local favorites. With its perfect mix of laid-back charm and cosmopolitan style, Roma is an ideal base for experiencing the best of CDMX.



Getting Around:

Getting around Roma is easy and enjoyable. Many of the neighborhood’s cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short walk away, making it perfect for exploring on foot. For longer trips, Uber and other ride-hailing services are readily available. The Metro, Metrobús, and other public transportation options also make it easy to explore Roma and connect with the rest of Mexico City.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

* We don't have parking in the property. If you are bringing a car, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with options for 24-hour parking facilities and help you avoid parking on the street. Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.
