It is very important for us to live in a green environment, this is why the plants of the house must be watered every Wednesday and Saturday by my staff in a lapse between 11am-3pm. We will remind you on the day before every visit. Thanks in advance for your collaboration.

TO NOTICE: There is only one room closed, this is located upstairs next to the bathroom in the hall. In this one, the cleaning staff has their supplies to make their duties, also on the ground floor next to the kitchen, near the water heater there is another room closed with the maintenance staff tools.

The entire water system in the house has hot water, except for the sink in the bathroom at the back of the house on the first floor. However, the shower in that same bathroom does have hot water. ♨️
