The unit was advertised as a luxury apartment, but in reality it felt closer to a 3-star property. Overall cleanliness was lacking beyond a surface level—baseboards, windows, glass, and some dishes were dirty, and one coffee mug still had old coffee with mold inside. Maintenance also appears to have been deferred over time: several plants throughout the property were dead or neglected, one outdoor chair was broken, windows were filthy, one bathroom window would not close, and the unit would benefit from repainting.From a functionality standpoint, the property was not well equipped for the number of guests. There was only one hair dryer for four bathrooms, minimal towel hooks, insufficient hot water (we ran out within minutes, even with limited use), and a constant, loud water pump that could be heard from one of the bedrooms. There was also a noticeable sewer odor in the master bathroom.On a positive note, all of the beds were comfortable. However, given the cleanliness issues, maintenance concerns, and amenities that did not meet expectations, this property did not align with its luxury listing.
