Terrible Hotel

Everything about this hotel was not good from the check in to cleanliness in the room and even to our door mysteriously being unlocked upon returning to our room after going out for a while.

Sucks

Never will stay here again, host takes an hour to give me a Room , room was dirty floor, bed, restroom, it has bugs around the room. Seriously dont stay here you will disapointed.

Good Location, Needs Renovation

The hotel staff was very nice. Banners on the outer walls indicating the hotel, without a lit up sign, was our first concern. The floor of our room was not carpet, which is fine, except my bare feet were dirty from walking on the floor. Bathtub and some walls had, what I would guess, were water stains. Some renovations and this becomes a great location, not far off the interstate.

Filthy Hotel!

The hotel was dirty. There were dead bugs all over the floor of the room, the windows were too dirty to see through, and when I got to the bathroom and looked at the BLACK toilet, I immediately left and went to the office and asked for a refund. I left the hotel and found another on my own. If I could rate a hotel below "1," this would be a "0". Do not book your reservation here. When canceling my stay and asking for a refund, the staff was argumentative. They offered another room, but there's no way I would have accepted that.

Hotel was average at best...nothing real fancy. They advertised breakfast but didn't have anything...customer service was so so...

Do not Book a room at this Motel

The clerk swipe our credit card and we went to the room....The room was disgusting! We immediately went back to the office for a credit but the clerk refused the give us one.

Stains on the bed sheets and a long black hair. Terrible stains in the toilet bowl. Spiders in the bathroom. Remote control barely worked. Ugly laminate floors instead of carpet. Never seen that before. Floor felt like a movie theater floor (kind of sticky in places and slick in others!) I booked it because of the location and price, but for maybe $10 more, I could have stayed in a different place that was much nicer. Live and learn!

Good Stay

Nice play to stay. Comfortable and fairly new. not expensive. A must if you want to Check out Superman on the square.

Filthy rip-off

Our room was filthy, and they charged four times their usual room rate because of a nearby event. The room had no phone, no clock/radio, no working TV and no hair dryer. The sink stopper didn't work, and the tub stopper was missing. The floor was sticky, and the bedspread in our non-smoking room had cigarette burn holes. They tried three credit cards at check-in before they were able to get one to work on their machine. Then later, they used one of the numbers, without my knowledge or signature, to double-charge me. The manager was very rude.

Not what would be expected at any price.

Room was to be smoke free but smelled of stale smoke, including bed sheets, pillows, etc. Water from the faucet smelled sour. There was an insufficient amount of towels. Door lock was broken. Several of the light fixtures did not work. No hair dryer.

Dirty, dingy room

The hotel had substandard facilites, there were dirty towels behind the door, the sheets and pillow cases reeked of cigarette smoked and were so old t hey were gray in color, nothing crisp about them. The towels were stiff and the cheapest on the market. The only other thing I can say is disgusting, I was actually fearful while I was there.

How am I supposed to sleep?

The heating system when turn on was unbearable. It sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. Then the clerk put someone in the room next to me who had the TV cranked up, so in between the heater going off I got to listen to the TV next door. There were only two cars In the parking lot, they could have put him somewhere else.

Worst possible hotel.

Worst hotel we ever stayed at.First room had bugs in the bed.Second room had no heat.Third room was ok.Wake up call was an hour early.

only hotel available in the area for that night

walls are so thin you can hear people in the next room very clearly. pillows (only 2) are small. King size bed should have bigger pillows. vinyl on the floor...never saw this in a motel before.

Great stay. Very peaceful location, near restauran

It was a great stay. It is in a good location by local attractions and restaurants close by. The front desk was very corteous and helpful. Anything we needed they helped, and it was a good price. We really only slept and showered there, we were out during the day. It was still worth it, they also have a continental breakfast. There is also enough parking. We had 2 double beds in a room, the best are comfortable enough to sleep. Good bang for your buck here when you can get a deal.

Not great but not horrible.

Hotel was a little more run down on the outside than pictures. Inside of rooms were ok. Looked like it had been partially renovated. Refrigerator had mold in it and the tv remote didn't work. Heater in room ran nonstop since it was only blowing out slightly warm air. Front desk personnel didn't have a clue and gave me the wrong change back 3 different times. Not a bad place to crash for a few hours after the casino.

The breakfast is cinnamon rolls and two cereals. Thats it. The room we stayed in was no smoking but it smelled like smoke
