"Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. "

"Worst front desk service ever. The woman at the front desk speaks English with a strong European accent that is very hard to understand, and she was extremely rude to me. Because the $100 check-in charge was on a credit card that was not in my name but in my mother’s name, she made me call her and ask for the last digits of the card. It’s absurd to expect someone to know the last digits of someone else’s credit card. She kept interrogating me about why I didn’t have a credit card in my own...
