"This is the first five star review I've ever left for a hotel in Crete. The Lady who liked after us during the stay was amazingly kind, helpful and generous. The property is gorgeous and the apartments are incredibly well furnished & arranged. The pictures do not do them justice. The beach is literally across the road and the town square is a 4 minute walk. Many good restaurants just steps away. This should be on the top of everyone's list of places to stay when visiting Kalamaki."

"Great Family vacation. The people at Kastro Beach Apartments are great. The rooms are basic but clean and the facility around it are great. Very close to the beach, with an available outdoor pool and very good food and drink varieties. The nightlife is also fantastic for the Family. "The first day we arrived very late due to delay, and we informed Nikos which was kind enough to wait for us. The next day we woke up with an amazing view of the villages and the sea. We then went quickly in the pool -and gt a little tan. The villa is close to the old hersonissos village which has amazing restaurants!!
