Gentilissimo Anonimo, mi fa molto piacere che Le sia piaciuta sia la Struttura, trovata "Ok", che l'accoglienza, su cui, da quanto scrive, ha poco da recriminare; Per quanto riguarda il costo aggiuntivo non preventivato, come già spiegato anche di persona, la voce "Tariffa Resort" appartenente alla categoria Costi di servizio, è sempre stata applicata ed è presente da anni in ogni portale di prenotazione del gruppo Expedia e dei concorrenti in maniera tale che il prezzo sia identico per tutte le prenotazioni provenienti da tali portali ; In questo caso Expedia sta indagando per capire perchè nella sua prenotazione non fosse presente; è stata Expedia a rimborsarLa perchè Expedia ha sbagliato; io non ho sbagliato nulla, motivo per cui non ho mai ritenuto e non ritengo tuttora di doverLe nulla; RIBADISCO IL CONCETTO: In questa situazione, unica in anni di collaborazione con le OTA, Lei ha tutte le ragioni, ma ritengo che averLe dedicato ore ed ore di assistenza sia durante che post soggiorno per tenerLa aggiornata su quanto accaduto con la più totale trasparenza meritava maggior rispetto e non un tentativo di diffamarmi accusandomi ingiustificatamente; Comunque la mia reputazione è comprovata da centinaia di recensioni che tutti possono trovare sul web. Nel frattempo su tutti i portali del gruppo Expedia sono state da me bloccate le vendite fino a chiarimento di quanto accaduto; le assicuro che in questo periodo perdo con questa scelta ben più di 4 soldi. Comunque cerchiamo di portare rispetto almeno per gli Italiani (come me) che in questa situazione non centrano nulla. Riflessione: che senso ha rimanere nell'anonimato in una situazione del genere quando sappiamo benissimo entrambi chi è Lei visto che ci siamo sentiti più volte per la situazione? Many Thanks Marlana, I am happy that you would like to come again, I suggest you to try to reserve the studio premium if you want the balcony (room 4 or 5 as you say) and not the studio deluxe as you did choosing by yourself; again, as yet told you, and as for all the other guests (that never told me something like this), the beds, the photos and the info here on expedia group websites are all correct! An if the park was empty (as you say) how is possible that you heard tiny sound from other rooms if there was nobody??? And in your reservation there was not the breakfast and you told me by email that you fixed this alone... So now where is the problem? And about the "tiniest parking" I am sorry if for you is difficult understand an easy rule based on rational and reasonable meaning... Good luck for all, Marco (owner)

Many thanks; I'm sorry for the small troubles: as told, the other family that gone away in the morning, left during their long holiday a lot of cheese not totally perfumed :)... I am sorry for this, but, although all the spray parfume, as you can understand was difficult to solve in 1 hour between their checkout and your checkin. About Internet... as told you, was a Provider problem, not wifi problem... The wifi was working, as shown in the morning... I'm an IT technical... Dear Dale, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding... I live exactly on the same floor of all the rooms... not in other place. And I always give the breakfast to my guests if they book it. I want to remember that my Hotel is a guest house and the breakfast is an optional, so is important to reserve it. Many thanks for the good review. Marco
