The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality. "Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay. Beautiful pool and bar area and cabanas on the beach. Very slippy rocks to gain entrance to the sea, a safer walkway would help. We really enjoyed our stay...

"Nice hotel rooms and nice view. Breakfast is underwhelming as compared to the Oasis hotel across the street. Oasis has lower prices and better breakfast but the rooms are not as nice as the Lighthouse. However, the Lighthouse staff are much less friendly and less helpful than the Oasis. Overall, the Oasis seems like a much better value."

"Gutes Hotel wenn man wenig Ansprüche hat. Essen ist okay aber nicht besonders...eher Kantine. Getränke sind nicht gut. Strandhandtücher kann man nur jeden zweiten Tag wechseln. Strand sehr steinig. Late Check Out , obwohl Ende der Saison , nur gehen hohen Preis. Mini Bar wird nur jeden zweiten Tag aufgefüllt. "
