The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The house was beautiful, perfect in size for our family, and CLEAN! The pool was warm so perfect on those cooler days and nights! The host was so kind as well! Located just a short drive from any restaurant, beach, etc! Cannot find one slightest negative thing about our experience! Absolutely loved!

All photos of the home/property were spot on. The house was very spacious and could easily accommodate multiple guests without stepping on each other. Pool area was great place to relax. Would definitely choose this place again if vacationing in the area.

We enjoyed the pool and spacious home. The beds were comfortable. We would stay there again when in the area. Only suggestion is that the pool could use a rail to get down the steps. Overall nice place.

Great stay

We stayed at this property while our teens attended a local camp. We were able to work remotely and we all enjoyed the pool on the evenings. Lots of good local places to eat in this area. Close proximity to beach and attractions.

Family relaxation

We stayed at the home with our adult children for a relaxing week of just being together. The pool was great for floating naps and staying cool, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the dining table was great for meals, games and puzzles.

The whole process was very easy. My family loved the way the house was set up. It gave everyone a little space of their own. We watched a rocket launch from the front yard and that was pretty cool!

Home away from home

We spent 3 weeks here, liked this house very much, its spacious and clean, while in a quiet neighborhood. Kelley is a great host, responds to our questions and requires very quickly. We had everything we needed, and really enjoyed our stay.

A Tranquil Retreat in a quiet peaceful neighborhood!

This house was a perfect meet up spot with family! The house was overstocked with all of the essentials needed for our stay. Impeccably clean and the kitchen was truly fully stocked which is a rare find in rentals. We truly could not be happier with our stay! The home itself was charmingly cute, and the pool was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Great for Kennedy Space Center Access and Beaches

This was a perfect location for Kennedy Space Center launches and the beaches. Close to everything we needed. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. IMinor problems were quickly solved with very good communication and resolutions with the property manager. We couldn't have asked for a better time.

Great Stay

I liked this vacation home a lot. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was a good size and got warm by mid-day, the house was clean and well stocked, and any minor issues or questions we had were addressed promptly by the manager. The beach was a 15-20 min drive, and all the good food spots were within 13 min from the house. Everything was very accessible with a car, and if needed, there are grocery and food delivery options as well. I would definitely rent this property again and work with the Evolve team. Thanks for the awesome trip!

Getting the Heck Out of Minnesota!

Spent a lovely 5 days here with our two families. House was clean, and exactly as described with plenty of extras on top of the listed amenities! The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time in there. The house is open with a ton of room to spread out. The location is great for Kennedy Space Center, the Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge, and of course beaches! We hardly had and questions/ concerns, but when we did, our property contacts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the house

The house had a perfect layout. We were there for my son's USSSA baseball tournament and rented the house for just a little over a week. Could not say enough about our stay. More than enough space, even though it was just 3 of us. Pool was great. Enough family space for a larger family. Very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and where the house is located, we were able to get everywhere we needed within 20 minutes. We love Cocoa Beach and now Merritt Island is on that list as well. Just an overall great experience. Will definitely rent this house again. Thank you again for a great experience.

Beautiful Home/USSSA trip

The pictures of this homes does not do it any justice, it is more beautiful in person. Our son had a USSSA baseball tourney for a full week, and the owners were very nice and very helpful. My son and our family enjoyed the entire home and definitely the pool. The location was perfect to all the places we dined, went to Golf N Gator and the Space Coast Complex. Also a good location to the airport to pick up my husband to enjoy the rest of weekend with us!!! We also experience feeling the rockets launch 2x in the week. We didn’t get to experience the beach because of the rain, but we made the best of that!! This home is absolutely amazing, great location, peaceful and serene. This home is definitely marked as my favorite place to stay in Merritt Island/Cocoa Beach!! Thank you to the owners for entrusting us with their home for the week!!

Great place to stay!

As a person who travels often there are a few main things we look for in a rental and its hosts. These few things can make or break a stay. Communication from the host, clean place to stay, and is every amenity working properly. Communication: This team has it down! I recieved emails leading up to our stay that gave me all information i needed to know about my stay, including check-in and check-out. I recieved a text message the day before giving me the codes for entry and other applicable information. I recieved constant communication from the host through the first day was easily able to be contacted via text message. We did have a phone exchange that was very pleasant as well. Clean place to stay: When we got to this location we had walked into a clean, very warm and inviting home. We had the master bed/bathroom that was more than we needed. We had a larege walkin closet to hang our clothes and a dresser to put other clothes if necessary and the bathroom was huge. The kids had there own room that was clean and had a dresser to place their clothing. My other guests joined us and had a king sized bed and a closet for their belongings. Each room was immaculately dressed and very clean. Amenities: Pool was great and the temperature was perfect, the pool toys were just enough for the kids, and the sitting area was nice. Only suggestion is to update the furniture as some of the feet on the chairs are rusting and breaking off. Thank you Kelley! We hope to be back next year!

Awesome place!

This house is gorgeous! There is plenty of space to accommodate 7 people . The pool was heated and amazing. We all really enjoyed the atmosphere of the neighborhood, it is very quiet and tucked away. The beaches are just around the corner.

Wonderful house with a great heated pool!

Location, location, location!! This house is located in a wonderful neighborhood and is centrally located to everything. (NASA, Disney and orange groves). My husband was able to go 4 miles down the road to have a great view of a Space X launch. The owners were wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!
