Lamento mucho saber que no estaba al tanto de nuestra filosofía "Simple": que los clientes solo pagan por los servicios que desean usar (como limpieza diaria y cambio de sábanas). Parece que no esperabas esto y lamentamos haberte decepcionado. Le deseamos lo mejor en sus futuros viajes.

This place is advertised as perfect for business professionals. I assure it is not. I thought the kitchen would have been stocked like when you rent a condo. You get one plate, one spoon etc. You use toitet paper for a napkin, shampoo to wash anyting. I wanted a bigger pot to make a soup and I was denined. I was there for 4 days becasue my vechile was being prepared suring travel. It was not completed in time and I left this place and went to another hotel. It is a very low SES clinet here. Not business

Nice comfortable, clean room. As it did have a kitchenette, I wish it would have been stocked with at least some basic kitchen items an utensils without having to go to the front desk. Coffee maker would be a bonus.

Do not stay at this location. Especially on the first floor. All guests have to use security door via their room key for admittance to all rooms which means everyone on the first floor hears click, click, slam current to gain admittance to their rooms via the first floor so every single time somebody comes and goes you get clack clack slam the security door. The families living there and confined small spaces with no carpeting on the floor so you hear every single, also no light dark shades on the windows. But bring an eye mask and earplugs.

Property was clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean, good water pressure and hot water. Blinds only in room that faced parking lot. Room was very brifht at night, even with blinds. Difficult to fall sleep. Near busy highway, so noisy early to mid evening. Noisy guests above us. Coffee good, but prepackaged muffins dry, not very tasty.

We stayed here because we were having work done at our house. There was no option for an early check in anytime before 1 PM so we had to pay for an extra night to be able to bring our dogs over in the morning when the contractors started working. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The bed frame was covered in dust, there were splashes of some dark liquid on the wall right next to the pillows, there was mold in the toilet and on the shower faucet. The sink was clogged. The shampoo packet was half used and moldy. The staff that checked us in was not friendly. I would not stay here again.
