Lake Arbutus Getaway

Excellent property for a large group but not handicapped accessible. Several levels and stairs. Large kitchen/dining space. Everything you need other than personals. Comfortable sleeping accommodations. Well equipped for small children. Wonderful lakeside fire pit, clean beach and great dock for all water activities. Enjoyed watching and hearing the train cross the dam from afar! The fishermen and tubers in our group had a great week!

Great for teens and their parents!

It suited my family extremely well. Plenty of room for all. Beachfront was great. Dock was great to tie up our boat. Did lots of tubing and skiing! Kayaking the winding channels was very fun also.

Annual Family Vacation

This was our 9th year for our families to get together for our annual 4th of July vacation. The time spent at this home was fantastic. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. The home was clean, very roomy giving everyone a place to be. A lot of our time was spend around the kitchen area when inside, meals and playing cards. The outdoors was just as lovely, large yard and nice sandy beach area. Water shoes is a must to use the water as it is very rocky. We enjoyed our stay want would definitely return.

The house was gorgeous, fully stocked, clean to even our standards ;) We were hoping to fish but all the locals say the fishing is non existent in this lake. Would have been nice to know that but to no fault of the property owner.

Awesome Family Vacation

We stayed at this amazing property for our annual family vacation. The place was so beautiful, clean, well stocked & comfortable. Our family was able to spread out in the house & yard & enjoy time together! The dock & beach were a perfect place for the kids to hang out! No need to bring beach & water toys, as there are plenty to go around in the garage! Even yard games, like corn hole, ladder ball, ect. We used the backyard so much! We had no bug issues, so could even enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. Cheryl was so pleasant to work with & you know her goal is to have families create as many memories there as her family did through the years! Thank you Cheryl!

Amazing cabin! Very well supplied with everything you could need. More than enough room for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful views of the lake. Great location for our activities. We loved all the little sitting areas, both inside and out, where we could gather as a group or find some quiet time.

Wonderful family time

The kids loved the beach, spending hours playing in the sand. Easy access by the paddleboat to a park. Lots of outdoor activities, and the house was very clean and well maintained - perfect for a family get together. Owner was extremely responsive, and responded to questions quickly. Enjoyed our stay very much.
