It was very easy to check in . Instructions were sent well in advance to our stay. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for yourself and your family.Very relaxing walk along the little river behind the property.

A wonderful weekend away

A wonderful spot to spend the weekend away. Our hosts were so helpful, and the property was the perfect place for my family of 12 to relax and enjoy Merrijig. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Getaway

Lovely location on the Delatite River with a nice wood heater inside and a log fire outside. Very clean and comfortable. Appropriately secluded but on 10 minutes from Mansfield. Highly recommend.

A great escape

We spent a lovely long weekend in Merrijig. The house is great - very well appointed with everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable stay. On the sunny days, the kids loved playing in the (icy cold!) river at the end of the garden, followed by marshmallows over the fire pit under an incredibly starry sky. When the rain finally came we had a cosy fire indoors and a great selection of dvds. A very beautiful part of the world, and very generous hosts.

Beautiful mountain river house

The backyard was amazing with the clean, running river and a fireplace to sit and chat by. The house was very comfortable and accomodating and the owner was always helpful. All age groups ranging from 3 to 60, loved our stay.

The river house.

Such a very special place indeed! This property has everything and more. We booked it for visiting Mount Buller and it was perfect, it would also be magic spot in summer. We will certainly try and book again.

Perfect, Just Book!

If you are 2 or 3 families looking for accommodation in the area, don't look any further. The house offers all one needs and the scenery from back veranda is a bonus. Communication with Daniella was super easy too. Thank you for sharing your home. Looking forward to returning some other time too. Highly recommended a stay here.

Beautiful modern house at the foothills of the Alpine National Park

From the moment we arrived we realised that the property was as good as the photos. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. Our stay was in summer so the river was perfect for cooling down after days exploring the region

Lovely place

We highly recommend a stay in this house. Daniella was fantastic with communication and made our stay hassle free.House was well appointed, sparkling clean and spacious with a stunning river view. Beautiful!

A really special place with the house right on the beautiful Delatite river. We were a group of 11 adults who had a very relaxing time there, sitting round the fire pit outside, and dining inside with a warm fireplace. Good communication with Daniella.

A unique and special escape!

What a stunning location, right on the banks of the Delattite river, at a home with all the amenity you could want! It was perfect for our group who wanted some time in nature, but also the comforts of a lovely home and backyard. We travelled with 10 adults and an infant who were all comfortable here excited by the beauty of the place and all that we experienced. Thank you to Daniella for being a fantastic host - communication, cleanliness and information were all excellent.

Fantastic Family Friendly Property.Great Location.

This is a great property. The house is fantastic for a couple of families. Layout is perfect with bedrooms seperated from living area. For summer the outdoor area is fantastic with a fire pit, outdoor dining table and the river well situated from the house. The river is shallow enough for the kids to play in. A 20 minute walk takes you to a great water hole for swimming. Everyone loved this stay. I highly recommend a stay with friends and family.

Blissful Lazy River Getaway

This is a beautifully maintained property that met all our expectations. The river and outdoor setting were our favorite and floating down the river every day and sitting under the waterfall was devine. We loved the house it had everything we needed for 4 families. Highly recommend.
