"We took our annual trip with friends this year and the home was a wonderful retreat. It had everything that we required including 4 bedrooms with airconditioners, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful water view. The home is very comfy and spacious enough for a crowd. Smith Falls is the closest town with all facilities and groceries etc.Will definitely be back when we are in the area again. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with all our queries. "My family had a great weekend stay at the cottage. Overall the cottage was stocked and setup with everything we needed (with the exception of shampoo which I thought the ad stated was provided - I only found a few bars of soap). The beds and linens are crazy comfortable! The large sofa in the living room is perfect for large groups. We had a boat with us so the dock was amazing to have! Overall a great stay! A few details of the cottage are getting a little well used and will need updating...

"Such a cool rental! Whenever we went out on the water we got a lot of inquiries about the boat. The host, Trevor and his son, were so amazing! So helpful, instructive, patient and nice. I highly recommend this rental. "

"This property was located right in the heart of Brockville. We walked everwhere we needed to go....groceries, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. Although it was tough to leave the house as it was so beautiful. Highly recommend as it is lovely to watch the river life while enjiyong your coffee in the sunroom/ deck/hottub. Loved it!"

"This was hands down the nicest looking place we have ever been to! Super modern. Renovated. Took some family from the states up to this home and we couldnt have been happier! We were a family of 15 and had LOTS of space. The pool was amazing - kids had a blast and we spent most of our days outside in it. We also enjoyed kayaking. Would love to come back again! The only negative is that it got HOT in the space on top of the stairs with two queen beds (no privacy doors). No one could sleep there...
