"My husband and I stayed for almost six weeks in this apartment, and while it was okay, it wasn't great. Here is a list of my pros and cons. Pros: country feel, reasonably priced, washer and dryer provided, host is hospitable. Cons: bedding was very old and very uncomfortable, all furnishings were also uncomfortable, toilet leaked, shower is very small and does not have a door, so water gets everywhere every time someone showers, dogs bark ALL hours of the night/day, tight quarters around...

"When we arrived we could not enter. The bell was not heard. We did not got from VRBO a telephone number of the owner. After an half hour we found the number on old box lying on the ground and we could enter and we could phone the owner. The heating was off, the TV does not work, the WIFI was very bad. "La vivienda gestionada por Fabrizio y Mary es mucho mejor incluso de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías. Está cuidada hasta el último detalle y se encuentra en las afueras de Castelbaldo, lo cual la hace muy tranquila. Junto a la vivienda se encuentra un Bar donde se puede desayunar y a 50m un magnífico restaurante-pizzería, con una calidad increible. Realmente, no es la típica casa de alquiler, sino algo realmente muy profesional. Gracias por la experiencia."

"Staying at Corte Stellata was wonderful. Emanuela, Gabrielle and Sophia were welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and restful. It’s close proximity to Ferrara made it easy to see the historical highlights there, while it’s location in a rural village lent an authentic feel to our visit. Walking on the rural roads and dike along the Po was safe and easy. A lovely retreat!"
