The house was beautiful and the location was good. There were many small problems. There was no instruction book telling people how things work and giving tips about local attractions and restaurants, shops etc. we had the doors open to the beach when the wind came up and the large painting on the wall almost fell down. If we had been given this information we would have taken precautions. there were no cleaning supplies. A house on the beach with the halls and foyer open to the rain definitely needs a mop and broom. The fact that there was not a single way to leave your valuables secure in the house was unacceptable. You couldn’t even lock the house when you went out. The stove and barbecue were very dirty and the stove had to be lit with a lighter. This is dangerous and we were not told this until we found the maintenance person and he showed us. The fact that there were sand whales in the sea should have been revealed. We were a group of senior citizens and were unable to get over them without fearing injury. We could not swim in the sea. When I rented the property the photos clearly showed five bedrooms. When we arrived there were only four. The dryer didn’t dry anything and there were not enough beach towels to have one per person. This place could be a wonderful rental but many details need fixing and we should have been told that one of the bedrooms was unavailable and that there were sand whales in the sea.
