The space
Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed into a spacious living and dining area, filled with natural light and the home’s original twin arches. The home maintains the original tile flooring, adding to its charm.

Crossing the patio, you’ll find both bedrooms in a newly built section of the house, one on the main floor and one up a flight of stairs. Each bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and essentials like hair dryers. This arrangement offers privacy and tranquility, while still being a few steps away from the main living areas.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need during your stay, such as bottled water, Mexican coffee, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

Outside, the pool (unheated nor jets) area provides the perfect balance of sun and shade as the sun moves throughout the day, making it a great spot for relaxing or taking a refreshing swim. The outdoor patio is equipped with comfortable chairs, a hammock, and there’s also a convenient half bath near the pool. A laundry area with a washer is also available for your use.

This home comfortably accommodates four guests and offers a peaceful retreat while being just a 20-minute walk from the lively restaurants, shops, and historical sites of Paseo Montejo and the Gastronomy Corridor of Calle 47.

You will access the keys through a lockbox, the code will be shared with you 24 hours before your arrival.
You have access to the house with total privacy.

Other things to note
- Use the pool at your own risk.
- The stairs to upstairs bedroom are steep, exercise caution.
- Electricity, Water, Internet, Bottled Water are included in the fee.
- The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting.
- Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life, even so, we have left extra amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
