Snowmobilers & Skiers Full Scandinavian Log Home On Private Lake

  • Inside is highlighted by massive log beams, a cathedral ceiling and a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe thru a wall of glass doors and windows. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a custom built log breakfast bar. Also on the main floor is a dining area and a bathroom with walk in shower. A two story spiral staircase seamlessly connects this level with a spacious loft affording one queen bed and a sitting area. Traveling down the stairs you will end in a finished walk out basement with two bedrooms, and a reading area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a view of beautiful Lake Tahoe. The second bathroom with tub/shower rounds out the lower level.
    Outside, the wrap around deck is designed for maximum view with safety-glass railings. The home sits on 3 acres of land and 143' of lake frontage.
    Four season rental with satellite TV, WiFi, Room for up to 6 (Or more if approved), close to snowmobile and ATV trails, right next to Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and 2 miles from town of Mercer.
    Only 30-40 minutes from downhill skiing in the UP of Michigan.

Sweet surprise

This was truly a hidden gem for our vacation. The place was clean and the view from the living room and deck was lovely. A truly relaxing quiet retreat with all the amenities we needed.

Another great stay in Mercer!!

Our stay at Lake Tahoe resort was wonderful!! Cabin was perfect with plenty of space and great open floor plan for family entertaining! Looking forward to many more family vacations in Mercer! We highly recommend this wonderful cabin!

Long weekend getaway

Very pleased with the stay! Property was found to be exactly as described. Property was well kept and very clean...very beautiful inside with a great view of the lake. It was easily located and close (but not to close) to town and the UTV trails that we utilized during our stay. As mentioned already...we were very pleased with our stay!

Relaxing and comfortable

Beautiful home on a quiet lake. The home has everything you may need and a pontoon to take a cruise! We caught some nice bluegill and crappies!

Quiet and Clean

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and the cabin is beautiful too. John was easy to get ahold of and was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion would be a new mattress in the downstairs bedroom without the patio doors. I would highly recommend staying.

First, John is an amazing host. Very attentive to calls/texts on any questions you may have about the property. He’s an absolute pleasure to work with. The house itself is beautiful. Lake Tahoe Cabin

We had a very nice week. The cabin is very nice inside. Could use some carpet on the steps of the spiral staircase as these were slippery for our dog. Also the outdoor space could be improved with some lawn mowing to offer a place to sit for fires. There was not enough room for the 6 of us to comfortably sit around the fire pit. Everything else we loved and would definitely rent this space again in the future.

Very nice cabin

The cabin was very nice and as shown in the pictures. The deck looking over the lake was simply beautiful both in the morning and evening. The fire pit area wasn’t the best since the shrubs and trees were very close and didn’t leave much space between the fire and seating. In addition it was on hill so you couldn’t really sit on the other side of the pit. Just below the pit was a felled tree and some other items it looked like they were cleaning/clearing out and looked unkept and because of that I would be worried about kids and dogs since some of the planks seemed to have nails sticking out. It was our first time in Mercer during the summer months and it was very quite and relaxing. Overall we had a very nice stay.
