"Wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, always with a big smile and greeting coming and going, so willing to accommodate special needs and requests. "

"The location is very convenient, close enough to Old Town to walk everywhere easily, but still far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony. It even had its own sink, which was such a practical and unique touch. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator. We were lucky to be staying on the second floor, so it wasn’t too bad for us, but it could be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage."

"Very nice place. Conveniently located. "

"The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, so we didn’t experience any noise from outside. The only thing I would mention is that the breakfast was not great. Honestly, you can find many better breakfast options in the city of Hanoi for the same price or even cheaper. The staff was wonderful and very kind, always assisting us with a smile."

"Everything was great for me. Room for improvement there could be but I wouldn't know where. Excellent overall"
