"It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable."

"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...

"We stayed in the Linwood Suite for 1 night. The room was spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was of a high quality. The room is immediately above the function area and noise travels easily (there was a wedding reception) - we weren't warned about this previously but it was not a problem as we went out to dinner and the noise quietened down before midnight. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by loud noise in the room. It was a mechanical noise which sounded like a generator...
