Inolvidables Vacaciones en Arenal d'en Castell

Inolvidables Vacaciones en Arenal d'en Castell Fuimos en Julio 2016 dos adultos un niño de 4 años y un bebe de 11 meses. La descripcion del anuncio era precisa con lo que luego nos encontramos tanto la vivienda como los servicios. La casa se encuentra en perfecto estado y muy limpio: no solo el interior sino también la ropa de cama, los trapos, toallas, etc.... La propietaria fue muy amable desde el primer momento, facilitándonos muchas cosas extras desde el principio. Excelente comunicación ya que es muy rápida contestando y actuando. Nos planteamos repetir seguro :-) MAM

Great experience

Overall had a great stay, would give iflt 5 stars if not for a couple of minor issues - kitchen wasnt stocked for a couple of items including things like detergent for the wash - doesnt make sense to buy a bunch if youre only staying for 3-4 days. The last was that the air conditioning isnt sufficient for the unit and couldnt cool all the way to the master bedroom. As a result, it was impossible to sleep some nights.

Wonderful stay

Myself and two friends stayed here for a long w-end. The place was clean, well equipped and communication with Elsa was easy. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Near a bus stop too. Smooth check in. Elsa accommodated our request for a late check out due to a late flight. Thank you!

Great location in Arenal

Great end property with two fantastic sea views. It had everything you needed if you wanted to eat in and was in short distance of local restaurants if you wanted to eat out. The use of the garden meant it was infant friendly and gave the property a much bigger feel. Plenty of storage within the property too. As advertised there wasn’t any air conditioning and this would be absolutely fine, except we had an exceptionally warm week for Menorca. Ideal for those with young families. Close access to the site pool and the grounds were immaculately maintained. Elsa was east to deal with and is available at all times. Would highly recommend.

A great apartment, beautiful views and a lovely stay

A clean, very well located property with a sense of privacy and beautiful views. The apartment is set within a very well presented complex which has a private swimming pool and is a 7 minute walk to the beach. The local, small supermarket is well stocked and is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Plenty of lovely restaurants around. Elsa was helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay and hope to return sometime soon.

Das Apartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war tiptop sauber. Das check in war total problemlos. Elsa hat uns vorab alles Wissenswerte per Mail geschickt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist herrlich. Es sind genug Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Loved this apartment.

Beautiful clean and traditional apartment in an excellent location with gorgeous landscaping of the grounds. Our first time in Arenal den Castelle and certainly won’t be the last. Walking distance to supermarket, fab restaurants and most importantly the lovely beach where more restaurants great value. Found the local bus service was great to get around and right on our doorstep. Highly recommend.

The apartment is a beautiful place with panoramic views. It is spotless, neat and comfortable. It has been thoughtfully decorate with nice touches throughout. My wife and I felt right at home there. Very good location with a private swimming pool, and within walking distance of one of the most gorgeous beaches we have ever seen. I highly recommend Elsa's apartment. She is such an amazing host. The rental cost is reasonable. We have spent an unforgettable time in this cozy place. We can't wait to stay again soon.

A pleasant September stay

Well maintained and tastefully decorated property, very close to a lovely, clean pool. It had everything we needed for our stay although I would suggest the addition of a small dehumidifier to help the laundry dry without a smell when the weather gets very humid, as we experienced. It had convenient shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a great walk to Son Parc on the Cami de Cavalls. The gardens of the complex were very pretty and home to a couple of stray cats, including a lovebug of a black male with a short, twisty tail, which we loved to feed and care for. There’s nothing more relaxing than reading on the terrace with a cat purring on your lap! The location was very convenient for Mahon, Fornells, Cavalleria and Pregonda. Finally, the owner Elsa was very responsive and friendly, and we would recommend her property to friends and family.

Perfection

This immaculate apartment set in a stunning complex was the perfect place for our first family holiday abroad with our boys aged 11 and 8. The apartment itself is in a great position with privacy and lovely views, is well appointed (with even a washing machine, great for families), imaginatively decorated and in close proximity to the shops, restaurants and beautiful beach. There is also a pharmacy a short walk away. The nearby swimming pool was a massive plus for our boys who enjoyed playing there with friends made with children staying in the complex. Communication with the owner was efficient and genial. Would highly recommend staying at 55 Costa Arenal. Thank you Elsa for letting us stay in your apartment. We would love to return! <3

The perfect place to enjoy Menorca

This apartment was the perfect place for our vacation in Menorca. This apartment enjoyed a high degree of privacy and was only a five minute walk from the lovely Arenal d'En Castell beach. Supermarkets and restaurants (and a pharmacy) were only a short walk away. Perfect location for us. The apartment was wonderfully equipped, immaculately clean, decorated with gusto, and very nicely arranged. The two ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a big plus. The swimming pool nearby was also great to have. The communication with the owner was easy and very pleasant. Definitely, we plan to go back to this apartment next summer. Full marks!

Un séjour très agréable dans un logement bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, durant plus d'une semaine en juin 2017. Le logement est très bien entretenu, bien équipé, à proximité des commodités, de la plage et du chemin de randonnée faisant le tour de l'ile. La résidence est calme, avec un très beau jardin entourant la piscine, et l'agencement des appartements maintient une bonne intimité. L'appartement est situé de telle manière que nous pouvions profiter de très beaux couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse.

Quiet area and well appointed apartment

55 Costa Arenal is a sweet little apartment set among 120 other units around a fab little communal pool in central Arenal d'en Castell. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, sharp knives (hard to find in many self catering properties!) plenty of pots and pans and toaster, microwave and big fridge/freezer. There are buckets and spades available (handy as bulky to pack) to borrow as well as a beach mat, towels and umbrella supplied as a courtesy. We couldn't find any English channels on the TV (perhaps our inability to find rather than non availability) which would've been great in encouraging our son to stay out of the midday sun. Two things that bothered me during our stay: 1) in Spain it is not compulsory to install smoke alarms in rental properties. I'd return to this property, but bring my own; 2) the spaces between the balustrades surrounding the garden area are wide, an enquisitive toddler could escape and fall down the drop. Apparently these are being replaced around the whole complex (which is stunning, I should add!) so neither of these points would prevent me from booking again and returning year on year. Thank you Elsa for letting us your apartment. We'll be back! :)

Estancia fantástica en Menorca

El apartamento es acogedor y tranquilo. La decoración nos encantó, se nota que los propietarios también disfrutan del apartamento, pues lo han decorado con gusto. Preciosas las vistas desde las ventanas. Porche y antejardin ideales para desayunar/cenar, leer, tomar un vino... La luz al atardecer es mágica. El complejo tiene un gran jardín (muy florido cuando estuvimos) con amplias zonas verdes (césped y algunos pinos) y una piscina bastante grande rodeada de césped. La playa del Arenal d´en Castell está cerca, a unos 200 metros hay una playita mas resguardada , separada de la grande por algunas rocas. El "Camí de cavalls" pasa a 100 metros, recorrido con bonitos paisajes tanto hacia el Este (Arenal de Son Saura) como hacia el Oeste (puerto y salinas de Addaia)
