"When we first walked in, it was fun to find all the bedrooms nestled here and there! Very interesting and clever layout - the bedrooms are all unique and we had a good time deciding who got which room. Each one is nice! As nice as that was, it failed to compare to the amazing back area! There is a large, comfy area with cozy couches and a large dining room space - that whole half of the house has an incredible view of Lake Providence. This would be the perfect place for a family reunion - so...

"There were 4 adults with our group. One couple and 2 single adults with 2 dogs. There was one bedrooms with a 1 king and the other 2 bedrooms each had a queen bed. The bedroom arrangement was very much appreciated. The yard was fenced which was helpful with the 2 dogs. And the Keurig for coffee was great. The house totally suited our group and the owner was very responsive."

"Molly was superb with her quick response with all of our questions. She was very helpful before and during the stay. The property was not as clean as we would have expected. But it wasn’t terrible. It would’ve been nice with more transparency with regard to pricing breakdown details. If the property can sleep 12 and we had 10 people including three children, why were there charges for extra guests?"
