Water was turned off and no response from owners on how to fix it until many hours later. Stairs unsafe - one very rotten and hand rail very loose and wobbly. Lovely quiet unit located near the beach. The owners were super helpful in checking in and providing advice on visiting nearby sites. The room was a good size and does have a private bathroom but it is located outside of the unit.
