Escape to Luna, a private Moon Cabin at Cloudland Hideaway, an adults-only mountain retreat tucked into the forest on Lookout Mountain in Cloudland, Georgia.

Designed exclusively for two adults, Luna is an intimate elevated cabin surrounded by trees and peaceful forest views. Its light, earthy interior combines warm natural tones, thoughtful details, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass that brings the surrounding forest into the experience.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed and a thoughtfully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, mini fridge, toaster, French press, and kettle. The space is intentionally designed to give you everything you need for a relaxing escape while keeping the experience simple, intimate, and connected to nature.

One of Luna’s signature features is its private outdoor shower. Luna does not have an indoor shower or bathtub. Instead, you’ll shower outdoors within your own private screened enclosure, surrounded by fresh mountain air and the sights and sounds of the forest.

Step outside onto your private elevated deck, prepare dinner on your BBQ grill, and sink into your private two-person hot tub among the trees. As evening settles over the forest, move to your private fire pit, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy the quiet of Lookout Mountain.

Beyond your cabin, you’ll have access to Cloudland Hideaway’s shared amenities, including the ridge pool, Common House, two wood-fired saunas, wellness gym, pickleball court, outdoor kitchen, games, fire pits, and walking trails.

Spend the day hiking nearby Cloudland Canyon State Park, arrange a round of golf or dinner at McLemore, explore Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga, or simply stay tucked away in the forest.

Cloudland Hideaway is an adults-only property for guests 21 years and older. Luna accommodates a maximum of two guests and pets are not permitted.

Welcome to Cloudland Hideaway. Our property was created as a peaceful mountain retreat. We ask all guests to respect the property, our neighbors, the natural surroundings, and other guests so everyone can enjoy the experience.

ADULTS ONLY

Cloudland Hideaway is an adults-only property. All registered guests must be 21 years of age or older. The property includes elevated decks, steep and uneven terrain, fire pits, hot tubs, outdoor showers, wood-fired saunas, and other features not designed for children.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Parties, events, or additional visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from Cloudland Hideaway.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 08:00 am. Please keep music, conversations, vehicles, and outdoor activities at a respectful volume, particularly during these hours. Sound travels easily in the mountains.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all cabins and shared buildings. Please smoke only in permitted outdoor areas and dispose of smoking materials safely. Never discard cigarettes or smoking materials on the property or in the surrounding woods.

FIRE SAFETY

Use fire pits and wood-fired saunas responsibly and only as intended. Never leave a fire unattended. Do not move fire pits, burn trash, or create fires anywhere other than designated areas. Please observe any local burn bans or fire restrictions in effect during your stay.

HOT TUBS & SAUNAS

Hot tubs and saunas are used at your own risk. Please follow posted instructions and safety guidelines. No glassware is permitted in or around hot tubs or saunas. Please do not add soaps, oils, bath products, or other substances to hot tubs.

RESPECT THE MOUNTAIN

Cloudland Hideaway is surrounded by natural mountain terrain and wildlife. Please stay within designated guest areas, respect wildlife, do not feed animals, and do not remove plants, rocks, wood, or other natural materials from the property.

PARKING

Please park only in the designated parking area assigned to your cabin. Do not park on roads, pathways, landscaped areas, or at another guest`s cabin.

NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS

Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by Cloudland Hideaway in advance. Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law.

NO PARTIES OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR

Cloudland Hideaway is designed for relaxation and connection, not parties. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, unauthorized gatherings, or conduct that interferes with other guests or neighboring properties is prohibited.

RESPECT THE CABIN

Please treat your cabin, furnishings, amenities, and shared spaces with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear caused during their stay.

CHECKOUT

There is no need to strip beds, wash linens, or perform extensive cleaning before departure. Please gather your belongings, dispose of excessive trash, leave the cabin reasonably tidy, return the key to the lockbox, and secure the cabin when leaving.
