Perfekte Unterkunft zur Erholung

Die Villa war super, hat exakt zu den gezeigten Bildern gepasst. Besonders die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von Grillanzündern bis zu sämtlichen Küchenutensilien war alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Ein perfekter Ort zur Erholung!

Fabulous villa

2 weeks spent in a fabulous villa with great pool in a peaceful rural location- just what we needed. Shops, restaurants, beaches all near by to visit and explore. Nino looked after us and showed us around the Villa and introduced us to some traditional local cuisine. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again in the future.Martin and Mary are Great hosts.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Anwesen in perfekter Lage für ruhesuchende und naturverbundene Reisende. Buchung problemlos, ebenso die Betreuung vor Ort durch Nino. Gab es ein Problem, wurde es innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst. Also: Alles prima, jederzeit wieder!!! Vielen Dank Martin & Nino!

4 jours de détente

Super sejour dans cette villa. Le proprietaire est tres sympa (par mail) et le contact sur place tres disponible. La maison est a 4km de Menfi perdue dans les vignes. Donc très calme.

Lovely Villa tranquil and quiet

We were met by Nino who showed us where the Villa was he was extremely helpful, he went through everything we needed to know. Brought us tea twice when we were there made us feel at home. We had a big problem with our hired car, he was more than happen to help us. Made us feel safe and welcome.

Great Place to relax and to discover Sicily.

We spend 2 weeks in the house, a really perfect place. The details in the description are absolute correct. All is in very good conditions. One thing to mention: app 500 meters away from the house runs a main national road with constant traffic, which you hear permanently (sometimes more, sometimes less). Locally Nino is very supportive (in Italian) and as well Martin the owner is always contactable and very reactive by e-mail (in English). We enjoyed the stay in the house very much.

Maison un peu trop isolé

Belle maison, avec des agencements de qualité. Dommage que la climatisation de la chambre parents fonctionne mal et que le toit soit trop bas. Manque des ustensiles pour le barbecue, sinon le reste est parfait. Ps Eau non potable

Schöner Urlaub auf Sizilien

Wir hatten zu 5. einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es gab keine direkten Nachbarn, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Leider hat die Klimaanlage im 1. OG nicht richtig funktioniert, sodass sich die Räumlichkeiten sehr aufgeheizt haben. Zudem war das Geschirr relativ dreckig. Die Duscharmaturen könnten ebenfalls eine Neuerung vertragen, da diese bereits sehr verrostet sind. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön und zufriedenstellend.

A wonderful house for a perfect holiday!

My husband and I rented the house for two weeks, and it was our first time in Sicily. Even before our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martin (the owner) via email and received a very helpful collection of information about the house, nearby beaches, restaurants, and sights in the area. It was the perfect start! Once we arrived, we were greeted by Martin’s friend Nino, who warmly welcomed us and gave us a thorough tour of the house. He was also a great point of contact for any questions or concerns we had about the house and the area. As described in the listing, the house leaves nothing to be desired: it’s fully equipped (including mosquito nets if needed) and air-conditioned, which was fantastic! The pool is an absolute highlight and, combined with the peaceful location, offers the perfect place to relax. The house is a bit secluded, but shops are just a 9-minute drive away – so a car is essential (and highly recommended for exploring the southwestern part of the island!). We are very grateful for the wonderful time we had, with quick, friendly, and straightforward communication, and we will definitely be back soon! Thanks :-)

Lovely house and pool in rural location

Martin is a great host - responsive to messages and very helpful. The house is tricky to find, so Martin's local contact Nino met us on the edge of town and we followed in the car. We arrived after dark so this was really essential as the house is a distance from any main roads and the last section in particular is extremely "rural"! The house itself is exactly as it appears online. It's clean, bright and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. The outside area is great - the pool is wonderful, and there is a nice seating area and plentiful lounge chairs. Each room has a separate modern A/C unit that works quietly and efficiently. The main bedrooms are upstairs - the "master" bedroom is open plan (the stairs come up directly into the room) so we decided on arrival to put the two children (15 and 12) upstairs, one in the master bedroom and one in the smaller bedroom at the back. They had use of a shared bathroom between the two rooms. We (the adults) took the third bedroom on the ground floor at the back. This gave us privacy and our own bathroom WC - we closed off the kitchen door and that effectively gave us our own living space. It was also really nice to wake up and open the doors straight out onto the pool area! Just bear in mind that the bed is a sofa bed so not as comfy as the king bed in the master bedroom. There are a couple of very nice beaches locally (15 minutes drive) and two local supermarkets. All in all a lovely house and we had a great time!

Belle maison , belle piscine, mais chambres à revoir

Tres belle maison spacieuse et joliment aménagée. Climatisation puissante dans toutes les pièces. Jardin tout aussi joli avec une piscine grande et profonde, très agréable. La maison est 'perdue' en pleine nature au milieu des champs de vignes et d'oliviers, le décors est vraiment charmant et le bruit des cigales très dépaysant. Beau couché de soleil tous les soir sur la piscine au fond du jardin. Attendez-vous à être entouré de beaucoup d’insectes : guêpes, taon, mouches et moustiques. DEET obligatoire. De belles et grandes plages à 10-15 minutes de voitures très agréables et peut fréquentées. Bref une très belle maison avec une très belle piscine le tout dans un décors magnifique. Hélas la maison comporte un gros point négatif, la partie nuit : deux des trois chambres possèdent plusieurs fenêtres sans aucun rideaux ni volets ! Grand jour dès 05h50 en Juillet dans les 2 chambres du haut, et pour l'une d'entre elle, lumière toute la nuit éclairée par les lampes puissantes du portail allumées toute la nuit. Proposer des chambres sans aucun moyen d'y apporter la pénombre, c'est très étrange. La chambre du rez de chaussé avec volets est quand à elle équipée d'un canapé lit dont le confort ne pourra satisfaire que de jeunes enfants. Bref nous avons tous les 6 très mal dormis dans cette maison pourtant très belle et superbement équipée. Des volets pour les chambres du hauts et un vrai lit dans la chambre du bas sont absolument nécessaire de notre point de vue.

Casa spettacolare. Immersa nel verde tra ulivi e vigne, la casa si presenta come da foto. Inutile sottolineare la bellezza della piscina e la tranquillità del giardino. Una menzione particolare a Nino che ci ha accolto e ascoltato in tutte le nostre esigenze. Ideale per chi vuole esplorare la Sicilia sud-occidentale.

Dit is pas echt vakantie 🤩

Een mooie, nette woning met zwembad. Het huis ligt op een prachtige rustige locatie dichtbij Menfi. Alles is aanwezig in het huis en in iedere ruimte is airco. Wij hebben enorm genoten. Het contact met de eigenaar en beheerder was goed. Echt een aanrader!!

Our Villa in Sicily

The location was exactly what we were looking for! Private pool in a vineyard with very little traffic. Ten minutes from the beach and great restaurants. The recommendations were great and very helpful. We had a great time! The pictures are very accurate!

SPECTACULAR SETTING

We couldn’t have been happier, this lovely home, nestled between the vines of Nero d’ Avola of Mandrarossa , and olive trees, on a country road ! No traffic, no noise, it was serene and relaxing. The town of Menfi is just a short distance on a country road , picturesque , with rolling hills of vineyards. . Very close to La Foresteria Restaurant, home to Planeta wines. We were greeted by Michele, the property manager, incredibly kind and accommodating, The check in process was streamlined and effortless. The pictures on the website do not do this house justice. The house was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The beds , linens, pool towels, all perfect. There is a vegetable garden in the far rear of the property and we had fresh basil, tomatoes and zucchini ! The plantings around the property were lovely and neat. The pool area was fantastic, we swam everyday. Lido di Fiori is a short ride away with lots of good restaurants and a blue flag beach , with crystal clear clean water! This location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, yet, close enough to town . We will be back ! Next time, for a longer stay….

Der perfekte Ort um sich zu erholen

Das Haus liegt inmitten von Feldern, fern ab vom ganzen Trubel. Als Großstädter fanden wir hier den perfekten Ort um uns zu erholen. Das Haus ist sehr modern, sehr sauber, verfügt über mindestens 6 Schlafplätze, einem großen, sauberen Pool, und viel Platz innen und außen. Es gibt 2 Balkone auf denen man das Land überblicken kann. Es war einfach nur richtig toll und angenehm für uns alle. Nino, der Gastgeber vor Ort, brachte uns Arancinis, eine sizilianische Köstlichkeit, von der wir heute noch schwärmen. Die Übergabe lief unkompliziert und stets freundlich. Unsere Privatsphäre wurde stets respektiert. Kommunikation über Google translate funktionierte sehr gut. Wir wären gerne dort geblieben. Vielen, vielen Dank Martin & Nino

Magnifiques villa et piscine au milieu d'un champ d'oliviers.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. La maison est conforme à la description. L'environnement est très calme, sans vis-à-vis. Les propriétaires nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations utiles et étaient très disponibles. Le jardin autour de la piscine est très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Merci encore pour tout !

Super Haus super Pool und Grundstück

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben das Haus bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr genossen. Alles lief sehr gut auch die Betreuung durch Nino und Michele die immer gleich zur Hilfe geantwortet haben. Der Pool und der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Für die Coronazeit perfekt da es kaum Nachbarn gibt. Leider muß Mann deshalb auch für jede Kleinigkeit 15 Minuten fahren war aber OK. Der nächste Strand ist auch ca.15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles im allen kann man das Haus empfehlen.
