The space
Located above Menaggio, Grazia di Croce combines a refined living atmosphere with a setting that defines your stay from the very first moment. The house is entirely at your private disposal and offers a high degree of privacy. You have exclusive use of the whole detached villa, including the terrace, garden, private parking space and lockable garage.
The house extends over several levels and has been designed with comfort and quality of living in mind. Bright rooms, clean lines, designer furniture and high-quality materials create a calm and elegant atmosphere. Large floor-to-ceiling doors bring light and landscape into the interior and open the living area directly onto the terrace. The view of Lake Como therefore remains an integral part of the living experience.
The open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the house. This is the perfect place to unwind after an excursion, a day of golf or a boat trip on the lake. For evening comfort, a 65-inch smart TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen makes everyday cooking easy, while also allowing for relaxed dinners at home.
One of the special highlights is the large covered terrace with lake view. Designed as an outdoor living space, it offers room for up to six people. Whether for breakfast overlooking Lago di Como, an aperitivo at sunset or dinner together, the terrace creates exactly the kind of atmosphere that makes a stay on Lake Como so memorable.
The spacious private garden continues this quality outdoors. It is arranged over several levels, fully fenced and offers areas for sunbathing, reading, playing and relaxing. The bedroom is located on the upper floor and has direct access to a large balcony with lake view. Bathrooms are available on several levels, including a bathroom with rain shower, adding extra comfort after an active day by the water, on the golf course or in the mountains.

As a guest, you have exclusive access to the entire house and all outdoor areas.

Other things to note
For legal reasons, we are required to identify all guests before they enter the property. Check-in can be contactless, but it is not fully automated. We release the access code after briefly identifying you upon arrival, either in person or via live video call.
Please have the original ID documents of all arriving guests ready at check-in and briefly show them to the camera. In addition, we ask you to provide a digital copy of the ID document in the form of a photo or scan. Alternatively, it is sufficient to show the ID details clearly during the video call.
The data is processed exclusively to fulfil legal registration obligations, including through Alloggiati Web of the Italian State Police, the ROSS 1000 portal of the Lombardy Region and the tourist tax portal of the Municipality of Menaggio. The Menaggio tourist tax is collected separately and cannot be processed through Airbnb.
Neighbourhood highlights
Grazia di Croce is located on Via Wyatt, in a quiet and established residential villa area above Croce di Menaggio. The surroundings are green, well kept and pleasantly peaceful, with little through traffic and a special sense of openness above the lake.
A major advantage of the location is its immediate proximity to the Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, one of the oldest golf clubs in Italy. Founded in 1907, the club remains one of the most traditional golfing addresses in the region. From the house, the golf club is around 500 metres away, or about a 10-minute walk. Today’s 18-hole course is considered technically demanding and combines sporting quality with impressive Alpine and lake scenery. On site, you will also find a driving range, practice areas, golf academy, pro shop, rental equipment, clubhouse with restaurant, guest house and golf library. For guests planning a golf holiday on Lake Como, Grazia di Croce is therefore particularly attractive.
Directly behind the golf club is Ristorante La Baita, about 800 metres from the house and ideal for a meal after a round of golf or a walk. In Croce, you will also find Bar Gelateria Stella Alpina at the Chiesa-Croce bus stop, perfect for a coffee or gelato.
Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy. The green Val Sanagra, the Percorso Salute in Parco Val Sanagra and the Cascata di Tobi offer beautiful opportunities for walking and exploring. In the hills around La Crocetta, you can also discover traces of the historic Linea Cadorna, which can easily be combined with views and outdoor activity.
Down in Menaggio, you can quickly reach the lakeside promenade, restaurants, cafés and boat connections on Lake Como. From there, day trips to Bellagio, Varenna, Tremezzina and the central lake area are particularly easy.
Getting around
Grazia di Croce is easiest to reach by car or public transport. You can park your vehicle either in the private parking space on the property or in the lockable garage.
The nearest bus stop, Croce - Piazza Chiesa, is about 500 metres away, roughly a 7-minute walk. From there, there are connections to Menaggio, Lugano railway station, Como and the villages around the central lake area. The ferry terminal in Menaggio is about 3 kilometres away and can be reached on foot in around 40 minutes or by bus in about 10 minutes.
