Checking in was a nightmare. The code to pick up our key was supposed to have been included in our welcome email. It was not. It was a Sunday evening and the office was closed. Nobody responded to our phone calls. Finally we got a message through to the host via the message center and we were given the code. The management office is on a busy street with no parking around so it was difficult to get to. When we arrived at the apartment, we found it to be dirty. They were clean sheets and towels. However, the furniture needed dusting and there were dust bunnies on the floor. The bathtub stopper control was broken. We let them know about these things, but nothing was done. They did refund our cleaning fee since I had to clean the place when we first got there. Worst of all there was black mold in the shower. On the plus side, the view is spectacular. There is no guaranteed parking which can be problematic. They provided toys for our small children, which was great. I will be much more careful in the future to read previous reviews since they were numerous negative reviews about the items that I have listed above. Obviously they are in no hurry to fix them.
