French Fort Cozy Cottage was indeed cozy and perfect for our stay in Memphis. It is located in a quiet neighborhood yet is conveniently close to downtown. Kitchen is well stocked, the shower was great and the bed super comfy! Host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Great House in Great Neighborhood

This is a great house with very comfortable beds close to the action! The property manager was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Memphis get away

Enjoyed the pool table, well equiped kitchen, dangerous rugs for older people, very nice TV's, nice decor. Not far from attractions and restaurants.

The home itself was absolutely beautiful but it was a real bummer that we couldn’t have family over seeing as we were in town from Florida to visit family! The moment our family pulled up to welcome us we were asked to have them leave! I don’t feel like all guests should have to suffer because someone else gave you a bad experience! Outside of that it was a great stay!

Fun Week

2 of my sisters and I, plus a friend stayed an entire week here. We had a fantastic time! Property is as shown in listing and was well located for all our activities: Graceland, the Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Tom Lee Park, good eating, shopping, and more.

Very pleased

We really enjoyed our stay. Daphne was a great host. Responded quickly with any questions that we had. The place was very clean and in a great neighborhood very quiet. It was very close to all of our activities and things we were doing while in Memphis. We will definitely stay again.

March Madness

My 3 buddies and I travelled to Memphis for the NCAA games...we enjoyed the VRBO and it's location to downtown...neighborhood was quiet,,,everything was as advertised,,,we spent a lot of time in the pool table room!

Quiet Neighbourhood. Family friendly

We enjoyed our stay. Close to all we wanted to see and do. We had a car so not sure about public transport. The home had exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, relaxing and clean.

Road trip to see the solar eclipse

This home was comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and met our needs perfectly. Made it to Graceland and Beale St while we were in Memphis.

Graceland Bound

Amazing spot. In a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Graceland, Beale St and the Mississippi River. House is amazing and cozy. Host is spectacular. Will stay again😊

Hostess was very welcoming and responsive

The house was very comfortable and easily navigated. It as reasonably close to stores when supplies were needed. The house was close to sights without being in a congested part of town.

Great stay in Memphis!

Property was perfect for our family’s vacation! Daphne was so kind and understanding of my kids playing with the Alexa system and was even kind enough to mail back something we forgot when we left. We will be back for sure!
