"Clean, well equipped accommodation located in the city centre. It is a dated place, which has had a 'landlord's special'. Would have been an acceptable place for a short stay, however, it was hugely let down by hidden 'cleaning costs' that were not mentioned anywhere in the listing. It did not help that the contacts provided proved useless, since they never pick up. Beware if you are going to book."

"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."
