"Superb location, peaceful and beautiful. Close to Melrose itself, which is packed with walks and interesting shops and places to eat and drink. Lovely hosts who are friendly and welcoming. Kirklands Cottages
"Nice rural location. Pleasant walk of about an hour into Melrose via Leaderfoot bridge and sight of Trimontium. The cottage was cold when we arrived. We used the electric heaters provided but they weren’t quite up to the job. Cottage could have been a bit cleaner. Good parking and WiFi."
