"cozy little get away that ticks all the boxes for a clean and comfortable place to stay in the verdant melrose area. would definitely return again!"

"Amazing home! Great stay for my wife and I on our 2 year anniversary! We loved the hot tub and the pedal boat! Seems like a great spot to bring friends next time!"

"Great size yard for the dogs. House was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the dock. Very peacefully!"

"The house was very cute, fully stocked in the kitchen, and comfortable beds. It was so pleasant to wake up and walk out to the porch and have piggies, turkeys, and cats in the front yard. My morning walks with my toddler consisted of coffee, feeding the animals carrots and petting her new favorite animal, a donkey, named Dexter! 10/10 reccomend and we will certainly be back again. Thank you Elaine for being a wonderful host and most kind."

"Absolutely amazing trip!!! Host was 10/10 with being available and helpful! We loved the views and kayaks!"

"Great place."

"What a wonderful stay! Such a cute, cozy, and spotless home with everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was also very pet-friendly, which made our stay even better! The host was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we had a great experience. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend! 🏡❤️🐾"

"the amenities were great and the ac"

"This was the cutest place to stay for our honeymoon! The staff was so kind and left us a bottle of wine. It was a quiet secluded area. If you’re ready to unplug and unwind this was perfect. Cell service works totally fine but who needs it when you’re in such a wonderful location! There was a grill and lots of extra amenities in the mill and the lodge. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer!! "

"Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

"We loved waking up to the lake and wildlife. The home was wonderful, clean and quiet. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and so peaceful."

"This suited our needs perfectly. Clean, pet friendly, reasonable rates and minutes from Shands hospital. Cheaper than a hotel and has washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. David, the host, replied immediately to my question at check in. No complaints here. Thank you for the hospitality."

"Great spot"

"Rodents, Empty propane tank - host made guest refill. And Host never reimbursed Guest for the propane refill.HVAC would not get below 80 degrees.Pictures do not match what is actually in the home."

"Thank you! You were a fantastic host. House was clean. Great communication. As a property manager I would recommend you without hesitation. "

"Great spot and super close to everything. Would definitely stay here again."

"I love the place I love the set and that the pool was right in the back of our complex all we had to do was go out the back door and we was right there at the pool love it.. But wat I didn't lke was that the TV didn't work nor the oven nor the ice marker and the the up stairs bedroom with the sliding glass door didn't not lock but bedside tht my family love it..."

"The communication of the property manager was excellent, and the house was clean. The only real complaint is that the listing included a Smart TV, which would imply the ability to connect to the Internet and use streaming services. The TV was too old to dowload or use any of today's apps/services (Netflix, Prime, DirecTV, YouTubeTV, ESPN, etc), so didn't serve our purposes at all. If that's remedied, then the place would be fine. "
