Gefühlt in jeder Ecke ist etwas kaputt. Die Toilettensitze sind kaputt, die Lampen schauen mitsamt den Kabeln aus der Decke, die Türen sind kaputt und auch die Dusche ist mehr eine Waschgelegenheit zwischen Verbrühung 5. Grades oder Kälteschock. Waschbecken ist ebenfalls verstopft. Betten bzw Matratzen sind völlig durchgelegen. Das Servicepersonal streichelt einen Hund, lässt die Finger ablecken und richtet im nächsten Moment ungewaschen Essen am Frühstücksbuffet.. So hat man definitiv auch was vom Hund... Und auch das Buffet lässt zu wünschen übrig... Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals wird auch auf ein Minimum begrenzt...

S hodnocením nesouhlasíme, proč v hotelu, i když veškeré informace dostanete, vy tvrdíte jak jste spokojení. A pak dostaneme nízké hodnocení? Proč? To není korektní fér jednání.

Position excellent walking to the centre of Melnik.car park in front of the hotel.The bedroom with the windows on the ceiling are nice and specious but the maintenance is not that good.

after handing over the keys and arriving at the room in the early evening, we were in for a surprise - the room had not been cleaned. breakfast the worst we have experienced - poor content, coffee machine not working - no information, no other coffee option

Bates Motel
Om jag hade bott på Bates Motel från filmen the Psycho hade jag fått bättre service. Allt om hotellet är rena lögner. 1. Hotellet ligger 60km från Prage och inte 29,2 som det stor i annonsen det tar ca 1 timme att åka ditt från Prag. 2. Inget Wifi har inget fungerande WiFi. 3. Inget varmvatten att duscha. 4. Hotellet luktar fukt och mögel från att man kliver in. 5. I duschen är det fullt med svartmögel. 6. Frukusten är väldigt basic, kaffet är ej drickbart, dem serverar dem gamla och mögliga frukter. 7. Finns ingen personal på plats, enda personal är vid frukusten och ingen kan prata engelska. 8. Ingen information på engelska. 9. Ingen svarar på telefonnummer som är angett vid entrén. 10. Finns ingen gratis parkering. 11. Sängarna är trasiga, jag fick lifta ner madrassen på golvet för att kunna sova. Dem andra sängarna låter jätte mycket. 12. Ingen AC har endast en gammal och låtande fläkt i rummet. Jag avråder er att ens tänka på att boka detta hotell.

Simple hotel. Basic breakfast with no drinkable coffee. Staff (one lady) pleasant. No Wi-Fi even though it's mentioned, but it does not work at all. Good location.

Appartement wasnt as advertised with a balcony. Balcony was missing completely. The reception is "open" 24/7 but there was rarely someone available. The rooms are extremely dirty eapecially the toilets and shower. The persons working there arent friendly and mostly dont care. Warm water was missing and we had to wait an hour to get it fixxed every time (happened 3 times in 2 days). All in all not a nice experience and wont recommend.

Frühstück bereich war sehr schlecht, Die Damen one lust und hat sich nicht gekümmert dass frische und warme essen da ist schade ich komme nicht nochmal bei euch Zimmer war ok nur sehr starge kanal geruch die ganze zeit war sehr unangenehm.

Finger weg Wer nach einer Fahrratour eine warme Dusche braucht oder morgens auf kaltes Duschen verzichten möchte suche sich ein anderes Hotel. Unsere Ansprechpartnern war in jeder Hinsicht überfordert. Miesmutiger checkin, sprach weder englisch noch deutsch und konnte das Problem nicht nachhaltig lösen.

Hallo, du lügst, das Warmwasser hat nur 1 Stunde lang nicht funktioniert, ich habe es in allen Sprachen der Welt gesagt, Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch und Tschechisch, und getextet, dass du nicht kommunizieren kannst, ist nicht unser Problem, ich Empfehlen Sie auch ein anderes Hotel, wir sind nicht mit so unliebsamen Kunden zufrieden! Für eine Übernachtung war das Zimmer zu benutzen, obwohl es keine Heizung und warmes Wasser gab. Weitere Besuche unsererseits wird es nicht geben.

In unserem Hotel ist jedes Zimmer beheizt und hat ausreichend Warmwasser. Deshalb verstehe ich diese Bewertung nicht

it's a shame that one doesn't tell the hotel reception that they have a problem and then write a negative review. Where it is not obvious what the problem was.

Zevnitř vypadá líp než z venku. Pokoje jsou hezké, nicméně tam celý rok nikdo neluxoval a neutřel prach. :-( Matrace na posteli jsou příšerně měkké. Jinak hezky zařízeno, pěkná a velká terasa, čistá koupelna.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht denen der Zimmer. Wir haben im Hof ein sehr kleines Zimmer erhalten, zwar auch mit Klima aber keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten. Fernseher ging nicht, keine Programme eingestellt, Dusche funktionierte der Abfluss nicht, Überschwemmung. Keine Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

zum 30.06.2021 wurde eine komplette Renovierung des gesamten Hotels durchgeführt.

Wir hatten Gluck, ein Zimmer mit einer Terasse zu erhalten. Über den Dächern der Stadt. Dies sorgte für eien angenehmen Abend.

Příjemné prostředí hotelu, pokoje jsou bungalovy s centrální zahrádkou. Bike friendly. Prázdná recepce, ubytování probíhalo přes mobil s majitelem,přítomné byly pouze dvě slečny ne moc dobře ovládající češtinu.

The hotel owner didn't show up when I check in, but asked a staff to give me a cell phone, and to talk via it. It's difficult for customer to communicate in this way, and with out face-to-face check-in, it make people don't know who to ask when problems emerged.

היינו 3 מבוגרים והחדר מתאים רק ל2.המיטה הנוספת כמו מיטת סוכנות.מיקלחת קטנה וצפופה עם מגבות ישנות.אין סידור חדרים ואו החלפת מגבות לנשארים ל2 לילות.אין מעלית ללנים בקומה 3.ארוחת בוקר סבירה.המקום מתואר כמלון אבל מתאים יותר לצימר או אכסניה משודרגת.נשארנו בה יומיים כי לא היו מקומות אחרים פנויים

Ano, účtovali jsme Vám částku na víc. Rezervaci jste udělala pro jednu osobu,ale přijeli jste dva. Samozřejmě je nutné za dvoulůžkový pokoj doplatit. Nechápeme, proč je to hrozné. Přece je normální, že cena za jednolůžkový pokoj je odlišná od dvoulůžkového pokoje. Hotel U Císaře Mělník

k 30.6.2021 byla provedena kompletní renovace celého hotelu. zum 30.06.2021 wurde eine komplette Renovierung des gesamten Hotels durchgeführt.

More bed and breakfast style rather than hotel. Room was quite large and clean. Extra bed was really poor for adult. No actual reception and staff couldn't speak english at all. Location was nice and WiFi worked.
