    This spacious, peaceful retreat boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests.

    Enjoy the large front terrace with dining space and stunning town views, or relax in the tranquil backyard as you soak in the Maltese breeze!

    Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a lift, our home is perfect for families, couples, or big groups.

    The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

    For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

    Living Room | The modern and inviting living room is perfect for relaxing, featuring a comfy sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed for two.

    Just a few steps away, you will find array of restaurants from steak houses , pizza places and brunch options.

    We suggest you visit `Ghadira Bay` which is one of the island`s most popular sandy beaches and sea spots.

    Mellieha is located 21km away which translates into a one and a half hour of a bus ride. You may choose to visit by catching the X1 from the airport which will take you directly to your destination, right up to Cirkewwa.

    Alternatively, if you’re craving a taste of the island; you may choose to hop on the 73 which will take you to Valletta, the capital of Malta. From there, you can catch the 49 which will drive you into Mellieha and down to Għadira bay.

    Taking a cab is faster, but somewhat pricier option, with standard fares. Most used taxi companies include ; e-cabs, Bolt and Uber.

    You can also get to Mellieħa Malta by private car (if you`ve hired one from the airport or online). This is the best option for those wishing to travel less in the heat.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.

Le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, comunicación, veracidad del anuncio
Très bel appartement moderne, bien situé le long de la route principale de Mellieha. Parking gratuit dans la rue toujours possible en Mai (haute saison ?). Belle vue depuis la terrasse devant sur la mer au loin. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Baie de Ghadira à 3kms. Inconvénients : rue très bruyante, prévoir des bouchons pour les oreilles, équipement de cuisine basique. Il ne restait qu'un verre à vin, nous en avons acheté un 2e ;-) Pas de machine à café, seulement une bouilloire. Pas d'aspirateur, nous sommes restés un mois et pas pratique d'entretenir avec un petit balai et un vieux "mocho" Vileda...
Se hospedó 30 noches en mayo de 2026
