Comfort is a focus in this beautifully styled and clean holiday retreat. Enjoy a BBQ while relaxing on the deck within garden surrounds or take a stroll to the surf beach on the ocean side of the Peninsula.

The room features a luxurious queen-sized bed, offering a plush and comfortable sleeping experience. For added convenience, it includes its own kitchenette, allowing you to prepare light meals and refreshments at your leisure. The room is also equipped with a private ensuite bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy during your stay.

Ideally located near the ocean beach at Rye with coastal trails for serene walks and so close to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including spectacular golf courses, award-winning restaurants and wineries, divine fresh produce, and of course the Peninsula Hot Springs.

Extra bedding is provided by way of a double sofa bed and a single foldaway bed.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
