The location is one of the apartment’s best features – directly across from Southern Cross Station, you’ll have easy access to the SkyBus airport express, making your airport transfers quick and convenient.
After a long day of sightseeing or meetings, you can unwind in the sauna or take in the views from the green sky garden and courtyard area on Level 6. For families traveling with children, there’s even a kids’ rock climbing wall and a play area on Level 6, offering a fun and safe space for the little ones to enjoy.

This setup comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups.
As a guest, you’ll have access to all the building’s amenities, including the 25-meter lap pool, sauna, fully equipped gym, sky garden, and children’s play area. The apartment’s prime location offers easy access to the free city tram, so you can explore Melbourne without worrying about transport. You’ll also find plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions within walking distance.
I’m available to assist with anything you need during business hours. After 8:00 pm, I may take a little longer to respond as I spend time with my family, but I’ll always have my phone nearby and will make sure your questions are answered promptly.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building. Terrible experience. This apartment is a health hazard. We walked in, walked out and checked into another hotel. Stayz has been terrible to deal with and we will be proceeding to a consumer affairs tribunal
