Impeccably styled and designed, you will have easy access to Southbanks best restaurants, entertainment, and Star Casino and then be able to come back to your home away from home to relax in luxury. With spectacular views all over Melbourne, this will be a stay to remember!

    Open plan modern living filled with natural light. This apartment has been specifically fitted out with relaxation in mind. From the moment you step into this luxurious one-bedroom apartment, a sense of calm will embrace you like a warm hug. Overlook all the excitement of Melbourne city, while sitting in a quiet space high above it all. Featuring beautifully designed spaces, defined by lush, green planting, Stature’s rooftop garden and pool makes the most of its elevated location, providing views that are second to none. All within a short stroll to Southbank.

    Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and to the amazing shared building facilities such as pool, gym and BBQ area's.

    We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure a contactless check-in. However, if you have any trouble with your check-in or any other issues/inquiries during your stay, we are here to help.

    Guest Support hours are available via message from:
    9am - 9pm Monday to Friday
    10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday

    In the case of an emergency you may call us, however calling this line after hours could result in additional charges.

Teeming with cultural sites, luxury boutiques and lively promenades, Southbank distils Melbourne’s finest attributes into one spectacular precinct.

    Getting around is a breeze. Restaurants, shopping, bars and Crown Casino are just a short stroll away. If you do feel like venturing further afield, then public transport is also available. If you do want to bring the car, then we also have FREE ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE!

    Other things to note:
    1) Prohibited Activities
    Smoking inside is not allowed. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately to avoid extra cleaning fees.
    Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges.
    Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00).

    2)No Pets

    3) Departure
    We kindly request you to:
    Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots.
    Remove all personal items.
    Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule).
    Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys.
    A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured.
    Please leave the property in a tidy state.
    Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy.

    4) For alterations like shortening your stay, early check-ins, or late check-outs, please request prior to your arrival. Please note, these may be limited during peak periods.
    Shortening your stay may result in only partial refunds, and rebooking during busy periods might incur additional charges.

    5) Damages, Breakages and Losses
    All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately.
    Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee.

    6) Housekeeping
    Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.
    Use only the beds that have been paid for. Using additional beds will incur an extra cleaning fee.

    🚨 Fire Alarm Policy – Important Notice from the Owners Corporation
    Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) has formally advised that any false fire alarm activation in the building will now result in a financial penalty of $1,000–$3,000. This fee is charged directly to the Owners Corporation, and after identifying the source of the alarm, the responsible apartment will be held fully liable for the cost.

    Common Causes of False Alarms:
    Cooking fumes escaping into the corridor

    Smoking or vaping near smoke detectors

    Burning candles or incense too close to detectors

    Spraying aerosols (e.g. hairspray, deodorant) near detectors

    Dust from renovations or trade work

    Tampering with or covering smoke detectors

    🔒 Prevention Guidelines:
    Do not open apartment doors to vent cooking fumes. Use rangehoods, open windows, or balcony doors for ventilation.

    Avoid smoking or burning incense indoors, especially near detectors.

    Do not spray aerosols (e.g. deodorant, air freshener) directly under smoke detectors.

    During renovations or maintenance, take steps to prevent dust from entering detectors.

    Never tamper with, cover, or obstruct any part of the fire alarm system.

    🚫 Tampering with fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in serious penalties.

    The Owners Corporation asks all residents and guests to follow these rules to help prevent unnecessary emergency callouts, avoid costly fines, and support the safety of everyone in the building.
