— Noise Policy —

We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate.



Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.



— Keys and towels —

Please note: due to the building policy limitations, we provide one set of key and fob per reservation. We provide one set of towel per person per stay.



— TV —

Please note we do not have a free-to-air TV.

It is a Smart TV which connects to online streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube.



— Sofa bed —

Please note:

The listing is set up for a group of up to 4 guests. If you wish to add additional guests, please check with the host first. The sofa bed is available upon request and will only be prepared for groups of 5 guests. For bookings of 1 to 4 guests, the sofa bed will not be set up, and additional bedding will not be provided.



— High-rise apartments and street noise —

As this is a high-rise apartment, you may occasionally hear ambient wind noise during periods of extreme weather. This is a normal characteristic of buildings of this height and design.



Additionally, due to the property’s proximity to the train station, some noise from trains and surrounding traffic may be heard from time to time. For guests who are sensitive to sound, we strongly recommend bringing earplugs for added comfort.



If you are particularly sensitive to noise, we kindly suggest considering alternative accommodation options to ensure a more suitable stay.



— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.



For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
