Emerald Ridge B&B's fully equipped self-contained 2 bedroom cottage is set on a 10 acre hobby farm in Emerald.

You are welcomed by a grand stone entrance with a gently winding tree lined driveway which leads up to the cottage.

The cottage is new, modern, clean and features;

- 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each room, option of adding two single trundle beds to accommodate a total of 6 people

- a fully equipt kitchen with oven, cooktop, rangehood, microwave & dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Coffee pod machine, kettle, a range of teas & hot chocolate.

- breakfast provisions include eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereals, porridge, juice, milk, bread, pancake mix, fruit & baked beans.

- large bathroom with double shower, double vanities and heated towel rail. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied.

- verandahs to front and back overlooking the valley, paddocks, animals and gardens. There is a BBQ on the rear verandah for guests to use.

- large flat screen TV's with Netflix and Wifi included

- gas log fire and air conditioning in Living area and Bed 1

- plenty of free parking

- all linen, towels slippers and gowns included

We are a family friendly property with :

- children's books, games and toys. Netflix for movies. Dolls house and car garage.

- elevated cubby house with sandpit underneath and swing set

- animals to feed and pat such as ponies, horses, goats, cats & a golden retriever.
