The property is situated in a building with reception and building concierge staff, kindly note that we have no connection with the building's operations. The receptionists, building concierge, and/or management will not be able to help you with any aspect of your booking, including luggage storage and key pick-up/drop-off. We suggest planning in advance for a 2pm check-in. We will notify you as soon as your place is ready. If you require access in the morning of your check-in date, please consider booking the night before if it is available.

If you need to check in early, please give us advance notice so we may check our availability. Although we try our best to accommodate early check-ins, it's important to note that we don't have another room to offer you. If a guest is checking out on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the place. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

Late check-out requests may be possible depending on our availability and housekeeping schedules, and we will make every effort to help you. If you need to check out later than 12pm, you will need to pay an extra night's fee via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This must be paid the night before your check-out date. Otherwise, our housekeeping team will arrive to conduct the changeover clean at the regular check-out time of 10am.
