Surrounded by 7 peaceful acres in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, Pinella Farmhouse is a stylish rural escape ideal for families, two small groups, or a relaxing couples’ getaway. Enjoy the beauty of country living while being just minutes from St Andrews Beach Brewery, both Peninsula and Alba Hot Springs, world-class golf courses, and countless award-winning wineries.

This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom homestead comfortably hosts up to 8 guests (maximum of 6 adults). The open-plan living area is designed for togetherness, complete with a cosy fireplace for winter stays and plenty of space to unwind after days of exploring.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with private ensuite
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Single bunk with trundle + single bed

Fresh linen and bath towels are included for your convenience.

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.


IMPORTANT: This property is strictly NO smoking. A smoke alarm is present and if triggered the fire brigade will be called to attend. Any Penalties charged for smoking in the premises are charged to the guest. All smoking must be done outside the building (not on the balcony) and cigarette buts disposed of.
