Sue is a wonderful, uncomplicated and communicative hostess. We felt really comfortable. The apartment has everything we needed. For cooking or breakfast. The location is unbeatable for a stay in Melbourne.

A great find, right in the centre, close to all transport, the apartment has everything you could need and was spotless, the owners husband even turned out in the early hours of the morning to facilitate our check in.

Central Location

Wow what a city, our accommodation was just perfect, central to all the transport we needed for our site seeing tour. Our host super Sue, was very friendly and helpful, providing clean and well equipped accommodation. Plenty of information available for whatever we fancied doing. The accommodation was very safe, which gave us peace of mind.

Awesome Accommodation and Host

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and our host's amazing customer service. The apartment is quaint and perfect for a visit to Melbourne. The location is perfect if you wish to take public transport, for us it was easy to catch the flinders street train to the Austin Hospital. 100% recommend.

Location Location Location

Loved where the apartment is located. Enjoyed all the eateries around the block. Very easy to check-in, Sue was keeping on communicating with me from before my arrival day to departure day. The interior design of the apartment is very stylish. Did not feel or hear any noise even the apartment is located in the heart of CBD and late night lives.

Conveniently located to explore Melbourne on foot or by tram

The apartment's central location makes it easy to navigate Melbourne. The Yarra river and many of the famous sights are within easy walking distance, and the nearby, frequent trams allow you to visit must-see neighborhoods like Fitzroy and St Kilda. Wonderful street art is found in the lanes running from the CBD to the Queen Victoria Market. The apartment had all the amenities my friend and I needed for our two-week stay. There is a big grocery store down the street where you can buy milk and refreshments and groceries. We did a bit of cooking, but mostly we took advantage of the countless places to eat nearby. Sue was very helpful about providing instructions for getting from the airport to the apartment, and for checking in. The front desk was friendly, the building was secure, and the other residents were quiet. One can hear noise from the alley off Degraves street as restaurants receive their supplies in the early morning, but earplugs help, and Degraves is a pedestrian-only street during the day. Many thanks to Sue for an enjoyable stay.

Girl’s weekend in the cbd

The position of this apartment was great, right opposite Flinders st station. The reason I booked it though was because the listing said it overlooked Degraves st. This was misleading and we were disappointed to see that the apartment overlooked Degraves Place - full of wheely bins constantly being filled and emptied.- with a tiny section, in the distance, of Grill’d on Degraves st. The apartment was in a block of Uni student accommodation which was really secure and had a cafe downstairs (which we didn’t use). While there were open boxes of cereal in the cupboard, there was no milk - not even king life- in the fridge. Unfortunately, the antenna for the TV was not able to be connected so we had no TV for the weekend. These little frustrations would have been fine if we could have gazed down at the bustling Degraves st…. Overall, disappointing.

Perfect location for our short visit
