  • This outstanding, coastal contemporary residence has been custom built for impressive indoor/outdoor entertaining, with a stunning mosaic-glazed infinity-edge pool and spa as its show stopping centrepiece.

    With ceilings soaring to 4.4 metres, the perimeter walls are topped with highlight windows, whilst expanses of glass and stacker-sliding doors frame the solar heated pool and solar/gas heated spa on three sides. The floors are American Oak that sweep through the interiors, and high-end appointments, including natural stone surfaces, exquisite tiling, and custom timber joinery, cohesively flow throughout three living zones, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and continues to the poolside alfresco zone with built-in kitchen, wood-fire heater and direct bathroom/shower access.

    Featuring a master bedroom, opening to pool area, with walk-in robe and ensuite; a stunning stone kitchen with full suite of Bosch appliances and butler’s pantry; fabulous two-way central gas log fireplace defining the lounge and dining zones in the main open-plan living area; and a large rumpus room with integrated TV, pool table and dual access to the pool area and rear alfresco dining deck overlooking lush lawn and landscaped back garden.

    Meticulously designed for ease of liveability offering space for your holiday guests to enjoy every inch of this amazing house. Remote-operated garage with internal access can house up to six vehicles including boats or caravans, plus there is off street parking. Other features include under-floor heating (zoned), central air-conditioning (zoned) & auto gates. Serenely located at the narrowest inhabited stretch of the Peninsula, entry to Pearses Beach and the National Park is just a couple of hundred metres away and is also within walking distance to Blairgowrie village and front beaches.

This house was everything we had hoped for! High ceilings, large comfortable bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms. The highlight of the house was the large pool centred in the middle of the house next to a beautiful clean bbq area. The kitchen was also super functional with everything you need. I will be definitely returning here and would highly recommend this house for your next stay.
