This new holiday home is close to the beach and is a home away from home.
It caters for couples, families with young children or friends that want a weekend break near the beach.

Enjoy a lovely stroll to swimming beach 600 meters away or Dromana's main shopping strip offering a selection of wonderful restaurants to dine in. There is so much to do along the Peninsula Bay, this holiday home is in the best location to take advantage of it all.

The beach house comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms with large built in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms.
There is a Lounge/ Retreat area upstairs along with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Downstairs comprises of a Large Living room, Kitchen, Dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry. The bedroom locations are suitable for people that are unable to walk upstairs or prefer sleeping facilities on the ground level.

The home sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 infant/toddlers. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There is 1 cot and 1 portable also available for use by guests.

Although the property can accommodate for up to 10 guests, we understand that sometimes you want to get away as a family or a few friends. Please contact us to arrange an applicable rate so we can tailor it to you needs.

Please NOTE no schoolies or large group parties are permitted at the property.

No SMOKING inside the property through feel free to do outside and use the ashtrays provided.

No Pets.

Bond $500 Money will be held and deposited into your account upon check out.
