DIrty dirty
It's the worse hostel I've been. The was a rat in my room. The place is dirty, don't have lift. The badrooms are old and dirty and the place is really loud.

The reception was friendly and check-in was quick. The toilets were clean regularly. The daily activities are cool and gives opportunity for those who are solo-travelling to meet new friends. The kitchen was a little small for the number of guests staying at the hostel. Overall, it is still a cozy place.

最初の受付のHandsome Swede manが凄く親切でした。この第一印象で全て良いホテルと判断しました。キッチンも広く、パンケーキも美味しく満足しました。4人部屋でルームメイトも良い女子学生さんでラッキーでした。ただ、シャワーが冷たく、清潔でないのが唯一残念でした。立地も最高です！

清潔感はない。
2泊したが、２日目部屋に戻るとベッドがほかの人に使われており、干しておいたタオルが床に捨てられていた。フロントに相談すると、他のベッドを使うように言われ、新しいシーツだと渡されたが、しわくちゃで湿っていて、どうみても使用済みとしか思えなかった。抗議したが洗ったものだと言い張るので、あきらめてシーツなしで寝た。

Unterkunft an sich war super. Das Zweibettzimmer war sauber und einigermaßen bequem. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Jedoch bestand das Frühstück aus zwei kleinen Pancakes. Nachschub gab es keinen mehr. Echt schwach. Sowas ist für mich kein Frühstück! Location mitten am Bahnhofskreuz, sodass es entweder laut durch die Züge oder durch die Straße wird. Ansonsten zentral und gut gelegen.

Short stay here, but for 1 night ok. Close to train station. Get earplugs from reception, ,free value there !!

No lift. I had to take my luggage to 3/F! The staff were here for check in only. They didn’t know anything about the city. The breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30 and have pancakes only. No early check in and the check out time is 10:00. This is an unfriendly stay.

Hi! Thanks for you review. Unfortunetly, there isn't much we can do about the noise from the metro, but we do offer free earplugs at reception. Sorry to hear about the heater, we will look into that.

They have no lift. terrible with walk upstairs with the big Luggage, i won’t cheer if you are not strong enough. but they cheap and near Southen Croos station .i picked it only one night bcos i need to walk no far to SC station.

Constant house keeping interuptions while sleeping irritated me during my stay as I was unable to sleep adequately. This morning they came in 3 times...the 3rd time to empty the bin.

Thanks for your review. To ensure rooms are cleaned daily. Our housekeepers enter the rooms from 10 am to 2 pm. First to make beds, service rooms and then the supervisor checks rooms to ensure high standards. If you do not like disruptions best to book a private room rather than dorm room. Thanks again

Ziemlich dreckige Bettwäsche und kaum eine Dusche hat funktioniert, das Frühstück war kaum vorhanden. ABER Crew war nett und hilfsbereit und die Lage ist toll :)

The staff was fine, but they didn’t provide me with sheets, one of the girls told me “don’t leave your things on the floor because we have a rat here”. Also the showers in my level were out of order so I had to go to the ones in another level which was annoying. I don’t recommend this hostel at all.

・良い点 無料のコーヒー、紅茶パック、砂糖、ロングタイプの米、パスタがある。 交通の便が良い。 無料のwifiが一応ある。 アイロンとアイロン台がある。 ４人部屋だったが部屋は他のホステルに比べると広く感じた。 隣にセブンイレブンがあるのと、サザンクロスステーション内のメトロ（小さいスーパー）まで歩いて行ける。 部屋や廊下の見た目の雰囲気は良い。 ・悪い点 駅やトラムからは近いものの、深夜過ぎまで電車が走っており、ガタガタとかなり大きな音がする。ただし、窓を閉めて耳栓をしたらだいぶマシになりました。 ４人部屋だったがコンセントは２つだけ。 女性用のシャワー＆トイレスペースがあるものの、シャワーブースは全て使用不可のため男女共用スペースのシャワーを使用するしかない。 フリーwifiはあるが、食事スペース付近でしか使えない。部屋で使えるかどうかは部屋の位置次第。 １階（グラウンドフロア）にバーがあり、夜中までかなりうるさい。２階（オーストラリアで言う１階）だと寝られないと思う。 フリーwifiのパスワードは謎のタイミングで変わる。変わってもこちらから尋ねないと教えてもらえない。チェックイン時も同様。 ルームキーは専用のアプリを自分のスマホにダウンロードすることで、スマホが鍵となる。ただし宿泊日数が残っているのにエラーになった。フロントに行っても原因不明だったので、代わりに暗証番号を教えてもらった。 そのアプリを通じてホステルから毎日メッセージが来るが、こちらからアプリでメッセージを投げても返事は返ってこない。 キッチンスペースが狭い。 キッチンスペースのコップが足りない。 朝食は「あったらラッキー」ぐらいに思った方がいい。パンケーキと言っているが、日本やハワイのパンケーキを想像してはいけない。薄くて小さい上に提供に時間がかかったり、提供時間が遅れたり、或いは早まったりする。一応８時から１０時までとはなっているが、９時３０分くらいから片付け始めてしまう。そんなに美味しくないしヘルシーでもないので、あまり頼らない方がいいと感じた。 無料のインスタントコーヒーがまずい。 シャワースペースやキッチンのごみ箱があふれていることがある。 ドライヤーがなかったので自然乾燥で過ごした。フロントに確認すれば貸してもらえたかも？確認していないので不明。 ランドリーはないが、近くにはあったと思う。 エアコンがない。 各ベッド用の電気やコンセントはない。 廊下がぎしぎし鳴る。 食事スペースが夜０時か１時で閉まるため、夜中に電話やスカイプする客が廊下にいて、夜中までうるさい。（寝られないので場所を変えてくれないかお願いしたら快く移動してくれましたが） ・総合的に １階のバーで飲んで友達作りたい！という方や、繁華街で遊んで夜遅くにホステルに泊まりたいという方には良いと思います。静かに寝たい方には他のところをお勧めします。

Thank you for your feedback, Our hostel is equipped with many bathrooms and showers, maybe some are easier to set up than others, thank you for letting us know. Regarding the sheets, they are changed at each departure and arrival and if you stay a long time you can ask for new sheets at the reception or at our housekeeping team. 立地は最高です
スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。チェックイン、チェックアウトが深夜、早朝でも出来るのも便利でした。ただ、滞在中に全シャワーのお湯が出なくなってしまい、冷水でのシャワーを浴びることになりました。修理は翌日に終わりました。 他、無料でコーヒー、紅茶、パスタ、ライスなどが用意されているのはとても助かりました。
