Perfect location for a city stay right in the hub of the city Great correspondence by owner made check in and stay easy She allowed us to check in early as the accommodation was available to do so and this was wonderful so we didnt have to drag our luggage around the city all day We really appreciated it We will definitely choose to stay here again

We arrived early but there was no problem and we were checked in by reception. Sue was good with communications. When we'd been in the locale for a few days we really appreciated what a gem this location is. So handy to transport, theatres, the South Bank. Didn't take us long to work out the trams and find a great Korean BBQ on Elizabeth St. We enjoyed Floras downstairs and the excitement of Diwali. We found the Graffiti lanes and NRV art gallery. So close to everything. Felt safe with the security tags required to access our rooms. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Melbourne.

Nice compact unit in very convenient location

Our stay was great. I was traveling with my 9 and 11 year old children. While you are downtown in a city, the building felt very secure and was very convenient to everything. We especially loved the restaurants right next door on Degraves Street. The unit is right across from the free train as well as the main station. The free train was awesome to travel all over. The host was awesome with communications and was super helpful. She set up beds in a different configuration to accommodate the kids, and gave us very helpful and detailed explanations to as needed. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Melbourne inner touch down escape

Lovely situated stay for Myself, daughter and 3 grandchildren. So close to everything. Trains, Trams, Galleries, Cafes, Hot Yoga!,Restaurants, Metro supermarket,and Yarra River. The children (8,14,15) loved it and would zip to the supermarket by themselves if we needed things. Handy to everything. Quiet,warm and clean and tidy. Cooked often in with the children after long days out- had all that we needed. We will definately be back at some point in the future. Thank you we loved it.

A home away from home in the heart of the city

This is a quiet and comfortable apartment right in the city centre, a perfect little sanctuary after a big day of sightseeing. Sue has thoughtfully added many creature comforts to make you feel right at home. From the well-stocked kitchen and pantry to the large, well-appointed bathroom, and roomy closets, Sue has anticipated your every need. The apartment is right in the heart of all the action, close to public transport, and we were very grateful for the large, comfortable bed after long days of visiting all the sites. Thanks Sue!

We recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend away in Melbourne staying in this apartment. Located right in the heart of Melbourne, it was very convenient and had everything we needed. The building is very safe and secure and was quiet despite being right in the middle of the city. There was a supermarket and restaurants close by and we organised a hotel parking rate with the nearby parking station to leave our car. We had some trips to do out of town so needed our car but staying here means you really dont need a car for a stay in Melbourne. Great communciation from the owner which we appreciated and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. There are laundry facilities in the building as well as a large games room/sitting room along with a modern study/work area located downstairs. It was a great building. Highly recommend and we will stay again. Thanks so much Sue.

Amazing Stay

The property was amazing. From the location to the size, it was everything we needed for a short trip. The apartment is right next to everything - art galleries, restaurants and the theatres, which made walking to and from these places extremely easy. There was also hardly any noise from the streets at night. Sue, the property owner, was also very kind and constantly kept us updated. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne.

Warm welcome and outstanding overall experience!

Sue was just amazing...Nothing was a bother....the apartment was just what we wanted...I loved the colour scheme..the cute kitchen..the apartment was nice and clean..security was great!!!..location well what can I say..it was next to everything..The lane just down from us had an authentic Gelato ice creamery...great Japanese restaurant down the road..mainly soups..but yummo..We are coming back!!!!! Thank you Sue for looking after us just like we were family..See you soon...

Would like to say the whole experience from booking right through to checking in was completely simple Sue kept in contact through the week prior to check in. She met us outside welcomed us and showed us where everything was located inside as well as the surrounding areas activities, the unit was exactly as described and was very warm andcomfortable , there was even a good range of breakfast cereals to use as well, which was handy as we had our 2 young grandchildren with us, something we didn't have to worry about cant say enough good about this unit would highly reccomend it for short or long term accommodations thanks very much Sue.

Neat, Tidy and excellent location
