What a magnificent place to stay! Everything that you could possibly need is available at the property and this clearly speaks to the care and attentiveness of the hosts. The beach is just across the road and a short wander will take you to Main Street to undertake retail therapy or to sip a coffee or cocktail and watch the world go by. Eateries abound, and major supermarkets are only two blocks away. Pet friendly with a safe, fully fenced courtyard and dedicated dog beach within a short walking distance. Comfy beds with quality bedding and towels provided. Toys for young children are available and board games make for late nights full of family fun. You can also just sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the lights of the Melbourne skyline. Air-conditioning is very effective and perfect for the space.We will definitely be back next summer for sure. Thanks you so much Rashelle for a perfect stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach cottage in Mornington and wished we had stayed longer ! We appreciated all the provisions supplied in the kitchen, the excellent washing machine, lovely shower and brilliant location ! Walking distance to the Main Street shops, restaurants etc and of course the beach. Would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family

Perfect position. Amazing views.

A lovely older style unit in one of the best positions in town. An easy walk to shops and cafes, and the beach just over the road. Communication from Rashelle was excellent with all of the information we needed. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful Location With Views of Beach and Pier

This is our 2nd stay and we loved it.Easy access to everything and walks on the beach and pier outside the door.The best thing to do is just set up at twilight on the balcony and watch the sunset!

Perfect spot to access beaches, shops and a wonderful view. Has everything you need for a beach holiday and plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Host provided lots of information and offered late check out. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic Mornington Getaway

We loved the location of this cosy 2 storey apartment and the great views over the water with the city lights in the distance. A great balcony to soak up the panoramic view and a pot belly stove for those evenings to enjoy the view inside. Easy walking distance to the main st of Mornington, shopping centre and jetty. Loved it!

Perfect location for us. The loo was in the bathroom. The stairs a little tight. If light sleeper traffic noise started about 5 .30 am when we were there. These were only small points. Overall lovely.

Perfect winter stay

This is a perfect stay for us - beautiful sea view, wood fire, close to cafes and restaurants, no need for the car while on holiday. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, quiet. We had a lovely relaxing winter visit.
