➤Fire brigade call-out: Any fire brigade attendance resulting from guest actions—including but not limited to smoking or improper use of appliances—may incur a $1,100 fine, payable by the guest.
➤Lost keys: A lost key will incur a $300 replacement fee, which covers the cost of new keys and a locksmith call-out.
