Please do not enter other common area, where are only accessible to long term residents and our swipes are not programme to enter/exit. Opening hours are from 5AM to 10:30PM everyday unless under maintenance.

This apartment is a professionally managed short-stay residence, not a hotel.
It may not be suitable for guests who expect on-demand hotel services such as 24/7
reception, daily housekeeping, room service, or immediate in-person assistance. All check-in details and essential information are provided in advance, with support available during reasonable hours if required.

* No on-site parking is included with this apartment
* No Smoking Indoors: A strict no-smoking policy applies inside the apartment. A $300 fine will be charged for any violations
* Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted
* No pets allowed
* Replacement for loss key is $300/set
* An amenities starter pack (including essential consumables) is provided for the beginning of your stay. Replenishments during longer stays are the guest's responsibility
* Long Stays: For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay clean is required to help keep the space fresh and well-maintained. You can choose between:
- Refresh & Restock: $150
- Thorough Clean: $130
For longer stays, we'll tailor a cleaning schedule to ensure the apartment stays in great shape with regular maintenance
