We got there late in the day to find the accommodation dirty, food scraps on the table, clothes on the floor, no beds made, stuff everywhere. With poor reception we finally were able to get a message to the owner who casually strolled up and said to give him 2 hours to clean up! It was freezing and not much to do so a very poor start, not even an apology or discount. And very little instant coffee supplied. SO RING FIRST! A chat online with Stayz didn’t help much either
