    Welcome to your tri-level urban retreat in Carlton North! Our recently renovated three-level home seamlessly blends modern design with cozy charm, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling together.

    On the ground floor, you’ll find a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a sleek bathroom, and a Euro-style laundry tucked behind a door beside the toilet, featuring a washer. The inviting living area includes a king sofa bed, a fireplace, and a bookshelves stocked with a variety of books, creating the perfect space for reading. The kitchenette is well-stocked with a selection of teas for your convenience.

    The first floor is bathed in natural light and offers a spacious living area with a fireplace, a piano, and two large king sofa beds centered around a 65-inch smart TV. This level also includes two additional bedrooms, each with its own TV, and one with access to a private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, modern bathroom, and a second Euro-style laundry with a dryer complete this floor. A highlight is the huge bookshelf filled with a diverse collection of books, perfect for leisurely reading

    For larger groups or families seeking privacy, both the ground and first floor offer their own separate living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own retreat.

    Step out through the charming window at the dining area and climb the ladder to your private rooftop terrace, an ideal spot for a lazy afternoon or enjoying drinks with friends while watching the sunset and taking in stunning views.

    This three-level home features a unique setup: the ground floor is split into two sections. The front part operates as a pop-up furniture shop, while the rear half is your private space. You'll enjoy exclusive access to your area with your own private entrance, along with full access to the first floor and the rooftop terrace, ensuring a comfortable and private
    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

    The following strict House Rules apply :-
    No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
    No parties or antisocial behaviour.
    No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
    No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
    No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
    If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

    For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

    Important:

    Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
    We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
    If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
    In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
    We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
