    In addition to being fully furnished, this residence comes with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix and a laptop friendly workspace, all precisely arranged and designed for immediate living.



    EQ Tower features 5-star facilities including an outdoor pool, spa and sauna area as well as a substantial gym, each featuring city views for a rewarding workout or leisurely enjoyment.



    Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, this apartment is just minutes walk away from almost everything.

    The Neighborhood:

    Located in a vibrant part of Melbourne’s CBD, EQ Tower is just a 10-minute walk to the famous Hardware Lane (celebrated for its live outdoor music and entertaining waiters enticing passers-by to dine at their establishment) and is a short walk or tram ride to the ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street, used colloquially due to its heritage listed buildings, street cafes and luxury boutique stores.



    Getting Around:

    Leave the car at home........walk, tram, train or bike anywhere you want to go. This apartment is located within the FREE tram zone.



    Secure car park is available for an extra $20 per night. Parking is limited so please contact us prior to making a booking to ensure a space is available.

    While we will try our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out's, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.

Great Apartment, Great Location

This was our second stay in this apartment, which was as wonderful as the first. Once again, that view is a show-stopper!

Great apartment and view. Well equipped with many extras.

We would gladly stay again. Check in quick and everything was well explained. Great facilities in the building. Walk to the mall and vic markets. Wifi Netflix and all the comforts of home .

Central luxury, stunning view

Great apartment, centrally located, on the 50ish floor of an apartment block. The views over south Melbourne are amazing, particularly if you get a cloudless sunrise. Apartment is well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and there is a nice sized wardrobe/shelves for clothes. The living / dining / kitchen area is well equipped. The kitchen has very good appliances and is well equipped if you want to self cater. Bathroom is spotless, and has a lovely rain shower with good water flow. There is a washing machine and a separate tumble drier in the bathroom. The host has provided a very helpful information and orientation folder. All the essential stuff about the apartment, and lots of useful ideas and suggestions. The elevators weren't a problem. I was worried about long waits with it being a big building, but it all worked very smoothly. Check in and check out was a breeze - perfect. It's a short walk from the Victoria market, perfect for sourcing out breakfast. Plenty of other cafes etc within a short walk. There is also a lot of choice nearby for evening meals, if you fancy staining within walking distance. All in all, really enjoyed our stay at the apartment,p erfect location.

Amazing View

Close to the Victoria Market and good transportation links. It had a well equipped kitchen, with a spectacular view.

What a View!

Our recent stay at the Luxuria Apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. The apartment was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The gym had up-to-date equipment and was spotless. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it was clearly a bonus. Plus, the views were spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!
